It was fine

This was purchased for my mother-in-law who is approximately 5 ft. tall. The walker was easily adjusted to meet her needs. She uses it daily. She said, "I even use it to carry things. Very pleased with this product.

Very satisfied with the walker, description was quite accurate. Value was there as I priced others that I did not consider after reading their reviews. Would not hesitate to buy again.

I received the rollator early and that's fine. However, the instructions on putting the wheels on were not so great. As far as the bag, there were no instructions for it. I think better instructions all the way around would be helpful.

This relator is indeed lightweight, but it is too bulky for me to haul in and out of my car. It is the biggest roller I have ever seen. Don't know why they had to make it so big. I hope I can return it.

Not what I expected as the wheels were too small I could even go in my bathroom doorway. I finally thought well I'll just put it in my car and use it just to go in stores are out of but had I known that it was this small I would not have purchased

I RESENTLY RETURNED TO WORK AFTER 18MONTHS DUE TO COMPLICATIONS OF A FALL. MY JOB REQUIRES BOTH PEROIDS OF SETTING AND STANDING FOR 9HRS. THIS ROLLATOR IS KEPT FOLDED IN MY CAR. EASY TO REMOVE AND OPEN.

I have a beautiful and very sturdy 19 lb. Medline rollator walker, but since I no longer have a car where I can store it in the trunk and get at it more easily, I needed a lightweight one that I can carry up and down a flight of stairs. This one is 11 lbs. and fits the bill BUT it only closes half way so that it cannot be stored or carried! No matter what I do to close it, it does not work (pull up on the strap, pull up on the frame, try to push the wheels together, with the bag on or off). Because it cannot close, it opens again! I have called Medline and issued a complaint, sent photos email, and have had a couple of correspondences but no resolution yet. I cannot recommend this item if it does not close. (Note: In one of the photos it shows a bag on the backrest that I put on it from another rollator/walker.)

Mom loves her new rolling walker! She enjoys using the basket underneath to store her personal items. It’s lightweight and she can move it into her car and out of her car easily. She wishes that it would collapse easier and suggests maybe having a latch to make it stay folded up better. Besides that she loves it and is already enjoying more independent mobility

Bought for myself as the one I had was too heavy. This one is lighter for loading. The bag on the underneath is very convenient. When purchased the strap clip was broken. I made a call to the manufacturer who sent a complete replacement bag in just a few days. Walker rolls so easily. This was a great purchase.
