I purchased this for a soon to be 80 year old lady who needed something light enough to lift but still have a seat. She loves it. The only issue she had was that there is no parking brake. She was doing some outdoor work and it rolled away from her.

Assembly instructions difficult to understand. Recommend labeling the parts for assembly, specifically front and back on frame and wheels. But, overall love how lightweight for ease of transport.

A little flimsy.

We were disappointed with several features: 1. Ordered the smoky blue--was flat and almost black 2. The screws fall out! 3. The seat is only 9" wide--not comfortable to sit on 4. Knowing that these were smaller wheels when we purchased--were still disappointed in that they did not roll well Is going back.

I purchased this item for my mother since she is elderly and needed extra stability. I received my order on time. Instructions were included in the box so that I could put it together easily. Easy to adjust the height of the rollator to suit my mom. Appears to be well made. (This product is not recommended for anyone over 250 lbs.) Price was not bad, either. Mom loves the red color!

My mom needed a rollator and we checked with the local medical supply place. This Sam's Club item was a better deal and rated better than the medical supply place one. Even with a higher co-pay (it will be covered by Medicare with the doctor's RX included) since we didn't go to a participating provider, the out of pocket will be less. We are very, very pleased with the quality and value of this item and my mother is doing fantastic getting around with it. This is way better than using a cane.

Within 10 days, there were 3 different prices on this item. When I purchased it, I paid the highest price. I didn't order on the first price because I had to wait 2 days for the $20 off. It had gone up $13.45. One week after I ordered online, the price went down $17.72. I called for an adjustment and was told they don't do that. Be careful!

This walker was easy to assemble and works great. It is very light and easy to handle.

Although this is great for taller people, a bit disappointed in the durability. Seems rickety for the price
