The picture of flowers with decoration shown was what I expected. 12 roses (not in water) that has began to wither is what I received without the white decorum.

The roses came in a well designed box and vase, well wrapped, with clear instructions. I cut the stems and placed them in there vase with water and the supplied powder on February 14 and they still look beautiful today, two weeks later.

This was a 90th Birthday gift that sent to my sister in law. I expected it comes as a vase of roses but it did not. It came in a 📦. So disappointed!

Nice bouquet, but you will need to assemble it yourself. If you write a note on the website, it might not print out correctly and delivery may be after 5 pm.

Would most definitely order these again! Fast shipping, beautiful flowers and the packaging was perfect. No complaints. Price was very affordable for the quality. Would have never thought they would have been this great for the price.

The roses were beautiful. But, they DID NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PIC WHICH I ORDERED BY. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. VASE WAS WAY TO SMALL TO HANDLE THE 24 ROSES.

They arrived fresh and wonderfully packaged. Followed the directions for cutting the ends under water and refreshing the water every two days and they looked great for two weeks!

I've ordered flowers online from Sam's several times before and have never been disappointed. My wedding bouquet and flowers were from Sam's. I sent two separate yellow Rose bouquets and both were beautiful. Got these red roses for valentines and was absolutely disappointed. The quality was the worst I've ever seen. Broken stems. Petals falling off. Roses were smaller than the $15 roses in store. It didn't come arranged nor did it come with the baby's breath. The extra filler was all random springs, didn't match and wasn't cohesive. Didn't look anything like the picture. It did arrive on time but never showed delivered and tracking number never worked. Additionally, the flowers weren't packaged in any way that had water for them. The app won't let me upload the pictures of what I received. Very disappointed in this order.

This is a Sam's Club order. On the website, it still shows as “not shipped,” and there was no tracking information available. I spent an hour on the phone this morning during a very busy workday just to get the tracking number. However, I was informed that the package was not properly delivered — it was simply left somewhere. When I went later to check, the box was no longer there.

This is my second time ordering these and last time was great! This time not so great. The roses are still beautiful but there is only one small sprig of babys breath and greenery. This is very disappointing as without more of that they kinda look like some cheap store-bought roses instead of a bouquet. Not the usual quality that I expect from Sams Club.
