Delivery was prompt and the store not only took off the spare, but installed and balanced the new tire at a very reasonable fee — more affordable than a local tire store. The tire was also more reasonably priced than what the “other guys” were charging. The added bonus was the tire was delivered to my door free.

The tires tread doesn't look too deep, but for the price, I guess it is what's to be expected. My issue isn't with the product, but with the service. It took over 2 hours to put the tires on, when it was scheduled for 1 hour. There were no others before me and there was no verbal acknowledgment that it would take longer.

Items are as described but buying experience was a disaster! First it kept notifying me that it is delayed! Than, a few hours before the actual appointment, it says ready to install at store! When I get there, they are telling me that they don’t have the equipment to install them..

Upset I bought 4 tires size 22 and they were delivered to farmingdale they could not mount and balance the tires they told me Islandia could do it I picked up the tires and took them there to find out they couldnt do it I had to take them m to a side street tire place that charged me 140.00 to mount and balance tires with no warranty I feel that I should be compensated for the trouble I went through

Do not buy these tires. I bought my truck brand new in May 2020. It is not March 29th 2021 only 10 months later and the the tires are already almost to the wear bars in the tread. I have had many sets of Good Year tires in the past so I know Good Year makes quality products. This set of tires are just horrible. 10 months old and I will be having to buy new tires in the next 2 months. I only have 18,000 miles on them.

When I bought my 2018 Lincoln Navigator these tires were already installed brand new on the car, They don't last a long time but the smooth quiet ride they give and excellent traction in snow driving the rocky's from Utah to New Mexico, Arizona and back was outstanding.

The ordering process and store delivery was complete within two days as promised. I made an installation appointment online which was quick and simple. Upon arrival at the scheduled install time, the service department immediately processed paperwork and promptly mounted and balanced my tires. The price, product quality and service is unmatched. Thank you 10 mile Walmart staff.

Was there 15 minutes before my appointment, had elderly gentleman as the only person checking people in. First person he checked in had a warranty issue so it was 30 minutes before I could even get checked in. Once the manager lady came in, things went much better but the older gentleman was in over his head

These tires came on my new 2019 Accord. I hadn't even reached 6k in miles when I started to lose control on the hgwy in light to moderate rain. The tread on the front 2 tires was already shot. Never seen anything like it. Brand new car that had 17 miles on it with these brand new tires & they didn't even last 6K miles! Unreal...I'm 40 years old & have never seen tires wear out in such a short amount of time.
