They are not doing the job of pastry chefs well. Since it is not bread with decoration, they only add 15% of bread and the rest is pure decoration made up of sugar and more sugar, what I want to enjoy is a good bite of bread with whip cream, not just the pure cream with sugar and more sweetened milk. For me, the decoration is perfect, but the content is too sweet because it has almost no bread.

Bought for my husbands bday and my nieces. Was delicious both times and everyone loved it as well. Just have to keep refrigerated before cutting it. It wasn’t soggy nor dry very moist. Will buy again for future bdays or whenever we feel like having tres leches.

First off, the cake was frozen. Even after defrosting in the fridge for 2 days, it was still frozen in some parts. Secondly, there is nothing Tres Leches about the cake I got. The cake was DRY. So someone either forgot to add the leches in the cake, or if this is how the cake is supposed to be, they shouldn't call it a Tres Leches cake. As a Tres Leches cake, I would never buy again. Because it's not a Tres Leches cake. As a regular cake, it's ok. And this is after fully defrosting it.

I picked the cake on a curb side pick up order. It was not ready when my order was to be ready. They called and asked if I’d come an hour later as the cake wasn’t ready. I assumed the cake would be fresh baked but it wasn’t. Most of it was frozen and once it defrosted it turned to mush. Very disappointing.

We've purchased this cake before and it's been delicious. I picked another up for a Christmas Eve celebration and in the short time it took to arrive back home, the cake had started to collaose! It literally is now half the height of the cake I purchased. I'll be heading back for an exchange.Hopefully, the have more in stock and this was just a fluke.

Worst Tres Leches Cake ever! Kept in my fridge for 4 hours. 4 hours later found the cake half in size (in height actually)! Lower layer had been overflown by the milk from upper layer. Upper layer was completely dry, lower layer was a mixture of wheat and milk. A soggy messed up cake! Never gonna buy this again.

This was bought for me for an office birthday party. We all loved it! The filling and whipped cream frosting were great. The writing on the cake was very nicely done. Strawberries were all plump. I'm not a big cake person, but it was so moist, you couldn't help but want seconds. Would definitely buy again.

I bought this for a birthday cake. It was much larger than I thought it was and so pretty. Everyone loved it. This was for adults. No room to decorate. We just put numbers on it. We ate a lot of it and gave the rest to the restaurant employees. We didn't want to take the rest home because it was so good, and we didn't need to eat more cake.

I wasn't sure what to expect buying this type of cake from Sam's club. My family is very picky when it comes to tres leches cakes but this was actually very good. It was wet but not soggy and the strawberry filling was good (I normally dont like fruit fillings). My family enjoyed this cake a lot.

I absolutely loved this cake! Bought it for my sons bday and all my guests loved it! It was the right amount of moisture in the cake and the nuts on the outside gave it that crunchy flavor. The strawberry filling was perfect! The whipped frosting was light and just the right amount of sweet. I would definitely buy this again.
