Moist and freshly taste.

One of my favorites! If you enjoy Tres Leches cake you will enjoy this. As to the reviews stating this cake was disgusting and soggy, these people clearly do not know what Tre Leches cake is. It is a cake with three types of milk poured over it. The cake is supposed to absorb the milk so it will be moist.

When we got home with it and took the lid off, liquid ran out all around the container. The cake was soggy. We tried it but ended up tossing it in the trash. Very disappointed. We tried to figure out what the liquid was coming from. Wasted that much money and I had bout it for a party.

Cake was prepared by 10 am and we served it at 7pm. Cake was drenched - bottom half turned mushy. Strawberries were great as was the top cake layer…use of cool whip type coating vs real cream was also disappointing. Won’t get this again but will continue to enjoy other delicious desserts from Sams.

The best part of this cake is how beautiful it is. It goes quickly down hill after that. The top layer is soggy to the point that the cool whip on the side is coming off. The bottom is so dry which is shocking since it’s directly under the soggy layer. The strawberries weren’t even ripe. The badness of this cake was to the point that I was embarrassed I served it after tasting it myself. Would not recommend to anyone!!

I bought the round tres leches cake at the Aiken store for my grandson’s birthday. I did not order the cake, just bought one from the fridge and it ended up being the most delicious cake ever. Moist, right amount of filling inside and a soft delicious white icing; no leftovers. It was simply delicious!

Disappointed in this cake. I have been wanting to try it for some time. Purchased it for a birthday. Cake looked nice in the store. But, after only a couple hours in the refrigerator, the cake started to deflate. By the time the cake was cut, it was half the height of when it was purchased. And, it seemed more like a pudding cake then a sponge cake inside. Nothing we could do. Had to serve it as it was. Would not recommend this cake at all.
