Bad cake

i bought this cake for thanksgiving, everyone raved about it. it wbreas tall, the strawberrys and chocolate pieces were almost to the top of the package dome lid. i ordered another one for the wednesday before christmas and brought it home. on inspection of this cake noticed how short it was, barely 2 inches tall,. the strawberrys were already leaving a discoloration on the icing. and the cake was starting to droop on one of the sides, this was not a fresh cake . i hope it was not frozen. as the cook that ordered it for me assured me that freezing this cake is not a good idea. for almost $18.00. it is not a good price. and i could have made this on my own but 2020 has not been a good year and i do npt have the time to run back and complain and get a differant one that is satisfactory

Not good

I just got this cake today. This is the worst cake I've ever purchased from a bakery in a grocery/warehouse. This cake was still frozen and the package never mentioned that the cake was previously frozen. The nut pieces around the cake were rancid. I had a strawberry and it was okay, a little tart. Only the whipped cream that covered the cake was fresh.
