Not to my liking

I went to club hoping to purchase a coconut cake for a birthday, but I guess they aren't available now. So I saw this cake and asked the bakery staff about it and was told it had strawberry filling and the most popular cake in club. It tastes pretty good, but gets quite soggy. Best if eaten all in one sitting by a lot of people, quickly after buying. Trying to keep it a couple days, even under refrigeration, degrades quickly into a sloppy mess. Please bring back the white coconut cake with buttercream icing!

This Tres Leches Cake is beautiful and very delicious. We chose this cake to celebrate our 60th Wedding Anniversary. We put a cake topper in the center and chocolate hearts between the fresh strawberries. My husband has been in the nursing home for 3 years however we celebrated with other residents and staff members. Everyone commented on how beautiful the cake was and how delicious it was. The strawberry filling between the layers made this cake even more delectable. It is a large cake and serves a lot ot people. We were very pleased with this cake and it held up beautifully overnight in the refrigerator.
