Great fit and appeal

I recently purchased this in store on clearance. It is very heavy and seemed well made. I brought it home and started to put it together to find out it was missing side walls and the pieces that were in the box were warped and couldn't be screwed together. I reached out to Sam's club but they told me to repack it and return it. I was hoping they could deliver a replacement but they said that's not their policy. Typically I would understand but it weighs over 100lbs and isn't too easy to pack up and return.

These are heavy and sturdy like the one piece unit. I did not like all the sawdust that came out of the box when taking out the pieces. Also, on one of the units the screw holes were too deep so I could not attach the shelf because the screw would not catch. My dad had to widen the openings with a drill so the screw head could fit through to reach where the screw could attach and keep the shelves together. He said it was recessed to much to foot the long screw which attaches them as one unit and I am still bothered by that because it is visible but it so much trouble to exchange it and get a new one.
