I had never prepared this fish before but I grilled it similarly as I would salmon & it was absolutely delicious. Will definitely buy again.

A good substitute when Salmon is not available. The taste is a bit stronger than the salmon but not bad.

The taste of the trout was good, but the skin was the toughest I've encountered. My family loves this as a sashimi soaked in soy sauce, lemon, lime and black pepper. The skin has to be cut off prior to seasoning and serving and it was tough to slice off.

After cooking I put half of the fish in the refrigerator.When I took it out later that day for dinner it smelled very fishy. The half that I froze after cooking was also fishy.

Not something I would buy again. Flavor is not good and is very dry. Also slight odor when I opened, like it spoiled.

Didn't realize that this was farmed raise when I brought it
