you cant get a worse tire for a truck, might work good on a

worn out at 20k with 5/32 left. Snow is on the ground and these tires are garbage. These are categorized as a a/t tire but I would lean towards on road only, they constantly loose traction on interstate on ramps, accelerating in 3ed or 4th gear from 40 mph will have them scratching the pavement.

Not recommended, poor performance tire

I bought a set of 4 new tires for my wife's QX56. She drives 6.6k miles a year taking the kids to school and church, not a rally driver at all. After 15,931 miles when I took the car for its standard alignment and rotation the same store told me I will be needing new tires very soon. I have alignment done frequently as well and keep my tires with manuf. recommended pressure. These tires also need improvement in wet condition, very slippery even with traction control. I hope Good Year can take care of my wife's car and replace the tires with better ones. Will update if they do. Thanks

Excellent value

These are excellent tires. I have them on my old pickup truck which i use as a daily driver. Have lasted me 5 years so far and still have plenty of life left in them. Very good traction even on wet roads. Only thing thats not great is traction in the snow...

Absolutely horrid excuse for a tire

These are the worst tires ive ever been on. Never buy these. The ride quality is awful. The rubber compound is stiff as a board and makes the ride excessively rough. They flat spot in mild cold as warm as 55° F and takes a good 15 miles for it to round out. They do not hold air for squat. I have to reset air pressures at least once a week and 2-3 times in cool to cold weather. They are pitiful in wet conditions, they hydroplane in small puddles. My truck is 5200lbs and I can't even get it to move in snow without switching to 4WD. If you live in an icy area, forget having any traction at all. The treadwear is poor. I do all highway driving, I'm very gentle with my vehicles, and they lasted 32k miles. This company's tires are priced cheap for a reason.

Truck BARGAIN!

My Avalanche was riding a little rough and spinning/skidding on wet concrete. I was losing confidence on wet roads. I found these at the big box club store at an incredible price (as in half of tire store/truck shop) and went with them based on the wet traction ratings. These tires DID NOT DISAPPOINT! SMOOTH ride and EXCELLENT wet traction! I recently traded up to a new truck (with kevlar-like stock tires....harsh ride). I'll be buying these SRA's again... I miss the smooth ride and confidence! 98% highway 1% towing 1% off-road

Would never recommend

These tires were on my Ford F-150 which was purchased in May, 2013, with less than 50 miles on the truck. With approximately 11,000 miles on the truck we got a flat tire which we were told by our Ford dealer was irreparable and not under warranty. I now have to purchase a new tire for a truck that is not even 6mos old. Ridiculous!

You can't go wrong!

I'm the 2nd owner of the 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4X. I've put 30k of the 60k miles on the tires. I drive in Alabama weather so not much snow, but other wise the tires provide excellent driving control under all other weather conditions. No noise on highway. Off road is good. Tread wear has been very good with Lincoln's head just showing :) I'm replacing old tires with same OEM tires. Mileage is superb as I probably could put on another 5k or more but I don't want to chance it. The value is there!

Have been impressed with the life of these tires - original

74,000 miles and still running, should get 80,000 out of them - not bad for a 50,000 mile rated tire. I have been conscientious about alignment, rotation and pressure. I've pulled trailer with 3 ATV's and gear in bed several times, always add a couple pounds of air in rear tires to compensate for extra weight - never had an issue.

no smooth ride at highway speeds

Have almost 80k miles on my 2012 Sierra Denali 2500HD and have gone through ten tires so far. Two tires had belts separating, one at 1500 miles and another at 50,000 miles. The first was replaced and the second was replaced with a new set, not because of worn tread, but because of more possible tire issues with the original. Balance and ride at highway speeds has been an issue always, since the complete new set at 50,000 miles, the problem is actually worse. At 73,000 miles two more tires replaced because they can not be smoothed out with the "road force" balancing. Ride vibration is now better but not correct. I have almost always used another brand and get around 70-72,000 trouble free miles per set, trucks or cars. I have never had to go through so many visits to a tire dealer and so many tires to end up with the same problem that is only a little better .

Steer clear at all costs!

My 2017 Nissan Titan came new off the lot with Goodyear's SR-A tires. 4 years later I had to replace them despite my truck only have 28,000 miles and being current on all maintenance. I live in a mild climate (Tennessee) and am easy on my truck as you'd guess from the mileage and the SR-As just don't hold up. If you're getting a new vehicle that has these tires as original equipment I'd encourage you to negotiate with your dealer to swap them out for literally anything else.
