The grill came completely banged up. Many of the pieces had to be adjusted with plyers. After that headache was over the ended up being very sturdy and cooks good. Only downside is you don't really get that char grilled flavor from it.

Can’t use it right away. Have to go thru a seasoning process before using. Had I known I wouldn’t have bought it. Once this is done I think it will be okay.

Purchased this for Father’s Day for my husband. For the money it was okay. Most of the parts did not line up and he had to “tweek” a lot of the parts during assembly to make it work. He is amazing at fixing anything and putting anything together so he made it happen. For someone that struggles to put stuff together as it is this could be very difficult.

grill grates do not fit well when grill is hot. sometimes fall in if they are not heated at same time. Handle is positioned to where you burn your arm when opening. difficult to clean out ash due to cover grate not removeable. Takes much time to put together. I bought it sight unseen due to members mark products usually being very good quality.

I just recieved this and used it. I do not recommend this product. Impossible to clean. Removeable ash trey mesh that holds the charcoal is welded to the trey thus preventing the charcoal trey to be cleaned. When grease drips into the trey, it is impossible to clean. Since I have already used it, I am sure I can't return it. So, this was a complete loss of time and money.

I bought this grill about two weeks ago just put it together this past Friday. First let me say that the grill is made with great durable materials and is pretty sturdy I must say. I had to cook on it because my son graduated and we had a celebration for him but the thing that really disappointed me the most is the fact that after my husband and I put it together , we placed the cooking grates and they are about 1/4" too short and if placed correctly one side falls completely inside the grill. So because of that i cannot give this grill a five star review.

Long build but worth it. I used pickup and order was ready on time. Took me 3 hours to build. Used the included video instructions. It is heavy. Don’t tighten screws until the very end. Extremely sturdy. Does include extra screws so don’t worry. Only issue, one of the grates snapped in a corner. Will probably find anther grate as those don’t seem to sturdy. Awesome for the price!

Overall good purchase especially for the price. 1.5 HR set up. Good directions. Minor damage upon arrival. Flimsy front rack. Comes with a cover. DOES NOT COME WITH GRILL TOOL. Needs hooks for grilling accessories. Luckily I was able to utilized my old grill tool and hooks. I like the overall sturdiness but I wouldn't call it "heavy duty." Front legs need feet! As is it's just angle iron in the front. I like the sturdy pull out charcoal rack but I'm sure I'm going to miss my adjustable rack. Good thing is the grilling area is large enough to have a hot side and cool side. It's too windy to cook today so no idea how it cooks. Looks like it'll at least last 3yrs sitting outside in the weather. Missing essential tools and slight damage lost 2 stars.

Just picked up & ran 1st 2 burns. Overall I like this grill however I'd prefer the charcoal grate wasn't tack welded to the tray. The tray itself should have been much thicker as the thin-ish tray I don't think will hold up too long to the intense heat. I'm looking to fab my own secondary tray to add to the original. The temp reacts quickly to draft adjustments. The interactive instructions are absolutely great. The cover seems a bit better than others I've had but should be tarped to keep the UV from destroying it too quickly. I purchased new at a significant saving which is why I went with this as opposed to the Oklahoma Joe Pro I was looking at. With proper care this grill will last many years.

For the price this grill is phenomenal we loved it so much we ordered another one. Sturdy not cheaply made and grills food exactly the way you want it. The warming plate, when closed, is over the fire though so be careful if you close the lid the food will burn and dry out on the warming plate.
