Actually need this in addition to drinking water.

We are outdoors a lot, so need hydration above and beyond normal levels. I went to the doctor for a standard check-up, only to find on this visit that my diastolic number was very low due to hydration, even though I drink a lot of water. The doctor said that regardless of the water you drink, you need electrolytes. I drank a bottle of Power Ade Zero and my diastolic number immediately returned to normal.
