I bought these for two daughters in different parts of the country. One got a fresh bouquet on time. The other got her delivery a day late and they were wilted and not fresh. I live in Texas but ordered one for Kalamazoo, MI and one for Lacey, WA on different days. Loved the idea and I would probably try this again for the price.

Flowers came a little wilted. I cut them, gave them water with preservative included and they perked up a bit, but didn't ever open. They just kinda died like that. Doubt I would buy these again. I've had success in the past with Sam's club flowers being fantastic, these weren't that quality. The greenery held up great though.

These flowers were by far the worst I've ever bought. I mistakenly ordered these flowers to be delivered and they arrived in a shipping box. Who knows what type of trauma the flowers experienced during shipping. Ultimately, half of the flowers died after about 3 days and the rest followed a couple of days later.

Flowers were sent to a friend, they were lovely and arrived as promised. The only issue I have and this is not the first time is that a card stating who the flowers were from was NOT included despite completing the request. This makes it awkward for people to have to start asking who sent me these flowers?

The delivery box is sturdy and the inside box - flower and vase arrangement could not be better! It is such a joyful gift to oneself or others to receive these roses! I've sent them all over the US to friends and lots of times to my house! Quantitynis sufficent to divide into a couple bases throighout the house! Put product on rebuy!

This item arrived broken. When reaching out to notify someone, I was told that basically it wasn’t Sam’s Club’s responsibility and was given a different number to call. When I order from Sam’s Club, I expect the same great quality and service. I was disappointed in Sam’s Club for not standing behind something they sell in their website.

Let me start my comments off with how beautiful these flowers are! The soft pink buds and the perfect mix of greenery give this bouquet a classic look! The delivery was extremely fast....I had them the next day perfectly packaged with a glass vase included. Followed the instructions for care and conditioning and they're still making a beauty statement on my dining table 6 days later. The Funeral Roses were very pretty when they arrived. Only problem was they showed up for the funeral about 4 days after the person they were for was buried. Then they were delivered to a closed empty funeral home. With the funeral home over 1000 miles from my house i had to find someone to remove the flowers from there. I don't know if i would order flowers again since this was very embarrasing for the family situation.

I ordered 2 of these one for my mom in Tx and one for my mother in law in ID. Both were beautiful and smelled wonderful. Price and look much better than any other delivery for flowers we have used. This includes the flowers my husband bought me online from another company.

The first two days the roses looked good, but the vase was too small for 18 roses and they were cramped. On day three, the rose heads started drooping without opening. This was so disappointing as they were for Valentine's Day. I was home to receive the delivery, so the box of flowers did NOT sit out in the cold.
