Purchased two of these in charcoal color. Top inside lid is rusting around the lip. These cans were used in the kitchen under normal wear and tear. One is garbage. One is Recycle. Tried to return to Sam's Club in Riverview, FL where they were purchased, they stated that that they are not covered under the Sam's warranty listed on this product page which states: "Return this item for a full refund or replacement at anytime. Restrictions apply. Read the full policy." I contacted Tramontina but have not received a response yet. I do not recommend this product.

Enjoyed this for a number of years. Maybe 4-5 years? It was a little awkward to clean at times. It worked well. I thought I might be able to contribute some feed ack in this review to improve the model's weak point. The stepping platform underneath operates over a solit metal pin fulcrum. The stepping platform is what eventually failed. It cracked along the fulcrum. I have taken pictures with model number and plastic mold documentation.

The lid closes softly but still makes a little bit of a sound. It’s big in size but not huge. The 13 gal bags fit well but hard to tuck in on top.

Arrived scratched on lid. Plus the door does not close all the way. I wished I could post a video and photos. No idea why, it was well packed and protected which tells me that it happened in the manufacturer's before being boxed!

I brought this item back in Nov 2023 clean with stainless steel cleaner and pull trash out often but did not stop the rust and finger prints not worth the money.
