Pretty nice garbage can. Looks good. Functions well. The only change I would make would be to put some type of rubber material on the bottom so it doesn't slide when you open the lid. It continuously slides back into the wall after it is opened several times.

A handy kitchen trash can. I ordered this Tramontina 13-Gallon Step Trash Can online and had it delivered the same afternoon. It has been a useful tool in my kitchen. My 13 gallon trash bags fit it perfectly. The step raises smoothly and closes slowly also. This is the best trash can that I could have bought for the money considering all the ones Iooked at.

We like the trash can very much. The bronze color looks very nice and has a slow close lid. However the paint is very thin. A slight bump against the overhanging counter top removed an inch of the bronze coloring leaving a thin silver colored line on top of the trash can lid. Also, I ordered the deodorizer 2 pack that was advertised on the website for this brand. However this model doesn't come with the deodorizer holder built into the inside of the lid. I had to return the deodorizers. Other than that it has been fine.

We had problems with our dog lifting the lid on the trash can we had before and always had to make sure we locked the lid, which meant touching the lid every time we used it. This one is heavy enough and closes tight that the dog can’t get in and we no longer have to touch the lid of the trash can every time we use it! It’s also a perfect size! It’s great! We love it!!

This trash can is my savior. I had the smallest plastic trash can that desperately needed replacing, and this metal one is fantastic. It does a good job of concealing smells, keeping fruit flies away, and the slow close is NOT noisy. The lid will fall nice and slowly, so it won't bang. Also, a great feature is that the inner bin comes out for washing!!! No sticky residue at the bottom that I have to bend over and squeeze my guts out to clean!!!! 30/10 recommend

Works as a great look with our older, but matching silver can. We had been using a plastic trash can to hold our recycling. But it had been dropped & had cracked. So I decided to get this one to match. Went with the bronze color to make it easier for folks(& kids) to differentiate our recycling can from our trash can. Has worked like a charm! Looks fantastic!

Perfect kitchen trash can with a removable liner. The liner makes it easy to keep the trash can clean. The best part is not having to wash out the can every time you change bags. It comes in different colors to match your decor and no need to hide it behind closed doors. I love it especially the bronze color.

The trash can is nice. I like the polished finish, makes it easy to wipe down. Also, the interior liner is nice. It hides the actual trash bag when you put it on. And makes it easy to dump. You just pull the whole thing out then take the bag off. Makes less of a mess.

Love the trash can. Con: If the outer (stainless steel) can sits flush up against to the wall the lid will hit the wall, so we placed the can about 3 inches from the wall to prevent the banging. Pro: The best part is that the trash bag is easly installed without forcing it upon the frame of the inner (black) removable can. The lid closes quietly.

This is the third trash can designed like this that I've owned and as time goes on, the quality of each seems to be made cheaper. The step lever to open it is very sensitive and if you don't gently step on it, it flies open and will hit whatever is behind it. A plus about this one is that it's no longer a struggle to fit a trash bag inside around the rim of the insert.
