paint worn off upon receiving

I have the plain stainless steel can and wanted the red . The color is as expected but when it arrived the corners of the trash can the color has been rubbed off. I also don’t feel as if this trash can will stand up over time. The peddle for lifting is already loose and making a noise very disappointed. I am going to have to look somewhere else for a new one . I had this shipped and don’t feel like dealing with the return process.
