It has a tiny ding and scratch on lid. Didn't want to bother returning it, I love the color (beautiful) BUT every time I step on it to open it, it moves a little bite until it's against the wall. Then I have to move it before it tips over or it looks like it is going to. Anyways I will be retuning it, so disappointed. I love that it has a lift out liner. Not sure if I want to get another one, might do the same thing.

I love this garbage can. It is compact but fits as much garbage as my last one. I love the stainless steel finish the inside is plastic and it pulls out to where you can wash and keep it clean. It looks very nice in my kitchen. I have been purchasing stainless steel garbage cans for the last 20 years and this one is top notch.

Step trash can arrived on time and the packaging was more than adequate. I've had no issues with the product and would recommend purchasing the Tramontina 13-Gallon Step Trash Can to anyone who is looking for a new trash receptacle. The color choices were a plus too. It has a smooth opening lid that performs flawlessly. Only drawback is that it will dent easily. I would purchase this product again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful, very good quality. Unfortunately, the trash can was dented in 2 locations. Its funny because the box itself was not damaged so it did not indicate that it could be damaged. But when we took it out of the box on Christmas Day we were totally surprised to see the dents. This will be returned, and I've already ordered a replacement.

I love the looks of the Bronze color. It doesn't show up too bad with my log walls. It operates very smooth and I never have to touch it until time to change the bag. My only regret is it had a very small dent in the side that shows. It was packaged very good so must have been there before packing.

Pretty nice garbage can. Looks good. Functions well. The only change I would make would be to put some type of rubber material on the bottom so it doesn't slide when you open the lid. It continuously slides back into the wall after it is opened several times.

The design is great. Easy to get the bag in and out, which is my biggest critique of most trash cans. The last can we had was some kind of engineering joke, basically a chinese fingertrap adapted to a trash can. This can is fantastic in comparison. There are two pitfalls I've seen in my 1 day of ownership: 1 - It scratches/scuffs easily and also shows fingerprints like nothing I've owned before. 2 - It is not properly packaged for shipping. I had to buy this twice - the first one showed up completely crushed and unrecognizable despite the outer box appearing undamaged. This is because the box has almost no reinforcements. Both cans showed up with significant scuff marks from movement within the packaging. If I were rating them on packaging... it would be bad. If I thought it would stay scuff free in our house, I'd return this one, too -- but, based on what it looked like after I tried to rub the scuff off with some stainless appliance cleaner and a very soft kitchen rag -- I'd say these are just very scratch/scuff prone. If scuffs, scratches, or fingerprints are going to be a thing that bothers you - I'd probably look at a different color or can.

Very nice trashcan with a foot lever. I ordered it from Sam's Club on-line and it arrived beautifully packaged, with no scratches or dents - perfect condition. It doesn't have a little lip, on the lid, if you just wanted to manually lift the lid, which would be helpful if something happens to the foot lever at some point.

Solid trash can. Opens when I step on the pedal. Inside can has to sit just perfect for it to slide down al the way, but after a few tries you get the hang of it. The weirdest thing is that out of the box it had a crazy chemical smell - like an oil that was on the plastic. Had to let it air out in the garage before I wanted it in the house. 3 star review due to the smell and how finicky the inner can is.

We love this trash can so far! The lid on our old one fell off every time we used it because the trash bag would get stuck on the lid mechanism. This one has an inner liner that the trash bag goes in that keeps that from happening. The lid closes slowly and keeps it from clanging loudly. Would definitely recommend!
