Online purchase required 1 day notice. The cookie dough was required to remain frozen. Unfortunately, when I picked them up, a good portion of the cookie dough had thawed. It would appear they had been pulled from the freezer a day ahead of pickup and stored at a temperature that allowed partial thawing.
