This lighter weight rollator walker is amazing! The difference between its 12.6 pounds and my old 19 pounder makes a HUGE change to my quality of life! I am no longer reluctant to go places because I now know I will not hurt my back getting this one in and out of the back of my SUV. Watch out, world--I'm back!

Easy and light enough for me to get it into the car. Then I am totally mobile wherever I go. Works sufficiently well outside although I might have been interested if it had 8" wheels. Would have also liked a simpler basket setup. Adding and removing the pouch are not a quick process. It must be removed before collapsing the frame.

I live alone. I have no one to help. I was hard to use my heavy walker when I traveled. I can leave this new lighter weight walker in my car to cut down on the times I have to take it in and out of the car. This way I can use the heavy one at home to help me get my trash to curb in the dirt and that keeps my car cleaner.

I bought this for my 93 yr old father in law. The brake cables were adjusted so tightly that it was impossible to lock the brakes .If I had not been familiar with this brake locking feature from my mother's walker I would have not known to adjust the brake cables properly. Many of the customers for these devices may lack the tools or knowledge of how to adjust the brakes. This is a safety issue and should be addressed by the manufacturer. Once the brakes were properly adjusted this device works well. Height is easily adjustable. I am not sure it would be tall enough for someone 6 ft or taller.

All in all this walker was what we were looking for. It was a little slimmer & smaller than anticipated, however it still worked out fine. Unfortunately, the bag underneath the seat was installed incorrectly, so my husband had to take it all apart and re-attach it so the walker would fold properly. Other than that, it rolls well and the brakes work very well. The important thing is our "senior" mom is very satisfied with this model and it is still light enough for her to fold and put in her trunk by herself.

Easy to assemble; hand grips %26 brakes easy to use; will have to get a velcro strip to keep the chair folded. Best part: it's 8 lbs lighter than the one I first got.

I bought this model because it is 4 lbs lighter than my old one and I thought it would be less bulky putting in my car. The fact that when folded flat the wheels don't come together tight and it is just as combersom as my previous one. Also the bag underneath the seat doesn't fit neatly

Although I like the lightweight rollator, it has been uneven since we bought it and the brakes are not always effective because the tire is off the ground. We've tried disassembling and reassembling but nothing helped. We got by with it and may have just gotten one that was bent. Otherwise, good buy for lightweight one.

I was under the impression that there would be instructions and tools included in the package. There were neither. I'm now going to look on YouTube for some instructions. I will also call MEDLINE to see if they have paper instructions. Possibly they think this would be put together by a store. I am not a store. I am a 75 year old woman.
