Good burp less fish oil supplement that is reasonably priced.

I've tried the new triple (newest improvement arrived in stores late Dec) and the new double. Make sure you get the one with shiny Softgels - wow is it a great product - packed w highest grade msc fish!! Do the math on other fish sku's! I'll be buying both when on ISB.

I take 6 a day (~2g of EPA) and they've made a significant difference in reducing my inflammation, carbohydrate cravings, and major depressive symptoms. The vitamin D is a bonus. Make sure they don't smell super fishy or have liquid in the bottom of the bottle. One bottle had a red colored liquid (oxidized oil?). I've gotten used to the mint "heartburn" and hardly notice it now. Taking before food can make it more manageable (also take probiotics and/or ACV).

I was told by my doctor to start taking a supplement for my triglycerides. I chose these because they don't have any gelatin in them. They are nasty. The mint in them just hangs out at the bottom of my esophagus like heartburn. I'll be returning them tomorrow.

The product is good but the deliveries are bad. I lived on the 3rd floor but they always left the orders downstairs

I tried taking these fish oil softgels and found the essential oils they have added to be too minty and offensive to my system. These are not for me!

I along with many others really dislike the mint burps. Basically wasted my hard earned money on this one. It should be stated that it has mint in them on packaging.
