There is no fishy aftertaste and you only need to take one a day. These supplements come from a well managed sustainable fishery. They are a pretty big gel tab but they go down easily for me. I love the easy dispensing bottle because you just flip the top and don't have to twist it. For someone who has carpal tunnel syndrome that is a big plus when it comes to bottles. I would recommend these supplements to anyone looking for a nice fish oil plus vitamin D3 . I would buy again.

Since these have mint essential oils, I now taste that occasionally which I do not mind at all! I have been taking them for over a week which is longer than I have ever been able to take a fish oil supplement. I also like that these have Vitamin D and 600 mg Omega-3s.

I love the softgel pills that are easy to swallow. The fact that you only need to take 1 softgel per day and that the bottle contains 200 softgels makes this an amazing value. I like the added vitamin d3, cuts down on taking an extra pill. There are 150 in a bottle so a little over 4 months worth!

It doesn't leave a fishy aftertaste which is frequently my chief complaint with fish oil supplements. At 600 mg per dosage it's a healthy compliment to my daily diet. It's also nice to know it's produced by wild caught Alaskan fish so it's not filled with growth hormones and other bad stuff.

With this one there's no aftertaste and the pills are easy to swallow. 1200mg of fish oil in each capsule is pretty standard these days but these have an added 50 mcg vitamin d3 which is really good for the immune system. I also like that the fish are wild caught. Will def buy more.

Overall Omega 3 is good for a slew of reason and vitamin D3 is also considered healthy if you are not getting enough sun or during the winter months. This is a BIG container and there are a lot of vitamin pills.
