It's masked with a minty taste, which is preferred over nothing, but I'd prefer the supplements out there with the "burpless" distinction. I would not purchase these in the future.

There is no fishy aftertaste and you only need to take one a day. These supplements come from a well managed sustainable fishery. They are a pretty big gel tab but they go down easily for me. I love the easy dispensing bottle because you just flip the top and don't have to twist it. For someone who has carpal tunnel syndrome that is a big plus when it comes to bottles. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a double strength 1200mg fish oil, 600mg omega 3 and 50mg of vitamin d3 soft gel caplet . There is 200 caplets per bottle. This also is made with essential mint oil. I like that this is not full of alot of unnecessary fillers! I didn't notice any tummy issues either which for me is wonderful and no fishy aftertaste. I like it has vitamin d3 also so that cuts down on having to take a extra supplement. Getting older you need to look out for your heart and brain health and I fall in that category but it is never to early to start ! I will get this again!

Overall Omega 3 is good for a slew of reason and vitamin D3 is also considered healthy if you are not getting enough sun or during the winter months. This is a BIG container and there are a lot of vitamin pills.
