The nectarines that were good were juicy and delicious, but several in the bag were already damaged. Because the bag is sealed, it’s hard to check the quality before buying. Disappointing experience overall.

no taste, mushy, mealy

Purchased a package of fresh yellow nectarines on 3/28/16 at 3 p.m. in Roanoke, VA. When we got home at 5p,m. decided to eat a nectarine. When I cut into the nectarine, it was black and the taste was bad. I cut into 2 more nectarines and they all are black inside. We live an hour away, what should we do?

I have never in my life come across a nectarine with this texture. It was like a moist dense foam on the inside. Every single nectarine in the bag was inedible and had to throw them all out. They were not sweet, juicy, or of the correct texture of a nectarine, it was very strange.

Nectarines! I love them but the ones I purchased they were mushy, not able to eat it
