[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seeds compares nicely to other brands I have tried. With purposeful water, new grass- lings were sprouted within a few days. As the days passed, the grass became thicker and filled in nicely.

Pathetic. Purchased in Wichita, KAN. The seed was put down with a verticutter and starter fertilizer in new topsoil and watered TWICE a day. You can see the "results" in the photos, which were taken 3 weeks after planting. I spent $280 between the seed and verticutter rental. Absolute waste of my time. I have had previous success on this exact lawn with more expensive K31 seed. This is what I get for trying to save a few bucks.
