Home Run Inn is one of the best frozen pizzas IMO it tastes like it's from a pizza place and you didn't buy it at the store frozen. I have a food sensitivity to chili's so I can't eat pepperoni or sausage if it has chili flake in it so I like getting the cheese pizza and adding my own toppings. These pizza's have the best crust, it's flaky and salty and crispy which I love! Depending on how many toppings you add to it, it can get soggy in the middle though so you might have to bake it longer.

We all like different toppings on our pizza, sooo, we buy the Classic Cheese Pizza. Each of us get one half of the pizza to top as we wish. It works out great. The pizza acts as a canvas for us to decorate. The cheese melts beautifully and the crust is crunchy and holds all the goodness in. We love the taste of the cheese pizza even without one topping. The flavor is great and never disappoints.

When I moved to Texas I missed going to Home Run Inn on 21st street to enjoy the buffet of different delicious pizzas and that tasty buttery crust. There must have been an angel that guided me to Sprouts Farmers market and there is was in the frozen section the 13 inch cheese and the had the uncured pepperoni pizzas, of course I purchased two of each. Immediately when I got home the cheese pizza was placed directly on the oven rack to cook as instructed. Oh what perfection it was and my tummy enjoyed each and every bite no crust was safe from me.

This is by far the best frozen pizza available at your local grocery store. The cheese has a rich and deep flavor, the sauce is well balanced, and the crust is thin and buttery. This is one of the few pizzas that has a generous amount of cheese. This is a much better tasting and a cheaper alternative to your average chain pizza shop.

For a time I lived right across the street from the original Home Run Inn restaurant. What more can a girl ask for than to have fingertip access to THE BEST pizza ever made? As the years have passed I’ve moved here and there, and further away from the flagship HRI location. But, lucky for me, I can still savor the wonderful combination of sauces, herbs, cheeses, etc. that is Home Run Inn by purchasing a pack or three at my local grocery store. This review is for their cheese pizza, but I also love their sausage, their pepperoni, and their thin crust versions. I’ve never had a pizza crust I love better than HRI. It’s crispy with a very buttery flavor. My grocery store buy has the same great flavor as the restaurant version. It cooks up nicely in my oven, and it’s ready in 15 minutes or less. If you haven’t already, try one as soon as you can. I bet you’ll love it as much as I do!

As a busy full time working mom of 3 who are in all different sports and activities every day, we rely on home run inn pizza during the week on our busiest days! As a family, we often do pizza Fridays and the kids look forward to it. By far the best frozen pizza that you wouldn’t even know was frozen!

I grabbed the Home Run Inn Cheese Pizza from the store and cooked it up at home. The crust turned out crispy and the cheese was melted nicely. It's a classic cheese pizza that's easy to love – straightforward, flavorful, and hits the spot. A solid choice for a quick dinner at home. 5/5 stars.

We try to look for sales on Home Run Inn frozen pizza, but sometimes, we pay full price, especially when we are craving their wonderful pizza! We have tried the classic crust in cheese and pepperoni. I don’t think we’ve ever had the thin crust style. I think once, we did buy a personal size pizza. It would be neat to visit the restaurant, as I’m sure when it’s freshly made, it’s even more delicious!

My husband and I like to try out local pizza shops in our town and even across a FEW towns from us to find that perfect pizza. We've found one that's ehh, pretty mediocre, but is so greasy and heavy that we feel sluggish within a couple of hours. Not to mention the high price for take-out pizza is ridiculous these days. So, we've set that aside for now. Anytime we feel like pizza these days, our go-to is a classic cheese Home Run Inn pizza. The crust is like a next-level white cheddar cheez-its, but yummier and crunchier! We don't feel sick afterward, and actually we like throwing a pizza in the oven before we hit the gym since it's quick and easy. We should mention that this is a very cost-effective dinner option! We even recently had a guest stay with us who is from Chicago. He LOVED the frozen Home Run Inn pizza we made for him. It will always be a staple in our household!

The 12-inch Family Classic Crust Pizza was delicious and satisfying! The crust had a perfect balance — crispy on the outside but still soft inside. The cheese melted evenly, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. It was the perfect size for sharing, though honestly, it’s easy to finish on your own if you’re hungry. Overall, a great choice for family night or a quick dinner.
