Home Run Inn Classic Cheese Pizza, Frozen 2 pk.

I bought this pizza a week ago and it was delicious. I normally buy other frozen pizza brands but gave this a try and glad I did!

We alternate between the 4 cheese and the cheese pizza.  Our kids really like it.  A little pricey but no compliants!  Would love a spicy option...

Tastes like the restaurant!

Hands down, Home Run has the best pizza crust. It’s the right amount of salty, not greasy, and has the best texture. Cheese pizza is yummy!

The best frozen pizza you can buy in a store. The crust is perfect, not too chewy or crisp. The cheese is a tasty blend.

In summer months I add garden veggies, in the fall fresh squash & mushrooms. Herbs, fruit, heirloom tomatoes all wonderful options!

Home Run Inn never fails when I’m craving pizza! I’m happy I decided last week to put one in the oven!

Never lets me down!

I don’t know who approved the cheese-to-everything-else ratio on this pizza, but it was a crime. I was excited to try a new brand because it looked good and had great reviews… but this was easily the worst frozen pizza I’ve ever had. The cheese situation was out of control—so much that I literally had to peel most of it off just to make it edible. At one point I was basically eating crust with a little sauce because the cheese was just too much and had a weird texture. I’m not picky about frozen pizza, but this one was… an experience. Unfortunately, not a good one. Would not buy again.

The Homerun Inn Classic cheese pizza is hands down the best frozen pie I've tried.  It's fairly close to the quality and taste of the fresh pies from Homerun Inn pizzerias here in Chicagoland!

The cheese has a savory, subtle smoky flavor that is complimented by the buttery, hint of beer-battered crust, tied together with a rich - but not too acidic or tangy tomato sauce.  Combined this flavor explosion leaves a whisper of fermented deliciousness, similar to a good sour dough, that makes it an ideal match to wash down with a nice beer.

Be warned... you'll want to keep eating and eating this pizza, it tastes that good!  We have at least one a week, and with Sam's double packs of the cheese, supreme, and sausage it makes it much more affordable than supermarket prices.
