From the Chicago area but moved out west, couple years ago my eyes lit up when I saw a home run inn pizza on the shelf of the freezer aisle of Safeway, I bought every single one they had lol you just don’t get the same quality food out west and you do in Chicago. I’m always trying to get other people to try home run inn, I always tell them the same thing…if they don’t love it, I’ll personally pay for it!

I like the idea and convenience of a frozen pizza and consume one or two a week. I’ve tried just about every frozen Pizza out there and I just can find one with a good tasting crust and that includes Home Run Inn. I loved the Toppings and Sauce but didn’t really care for the bland tasting crust with very little taste. With that being said I guess I will continue my search for the elusive perfect Frozen Pizza with Great Toppings and a Good Tasting Crust. Just like a freshly baked Pizza from the Local Pizza Shop.

My friends and I did a frozen pizza-off, and tasted blindly. I had never had Home Run Inn before but now I am a customer for life! The sauce is perfect, the cheese has a satisfying pull, and the crust is buttery! Now, I just need to plan a trip to Chicago to have it in person!

Home Run Inn's classic cheese pizza has been our favorite go to pizza for years. We have tried a lot of different brands and this is by far the best all around pizza you can buy. The crust, sauce, and cheese are all perfect and go together like no other. Would (and do) highly recommend.

I am thrilled we can now get Home Run Inn Pizza in Seattle. I've been used to buying Home Run Inn pizza when I lived in Chicago and it was a big disappointment when we moved here we could not find then in grocery stores. But now Safeway near our house carry them, though the price is almost twice of Chicago, understandably because of ship[ing cost, it's worth the price. I only wish we could have more variety. I miss Marguerite pizza I used to buy. I love Home Run Inn pizza that always comes out perfectly with thin test crispy crust with high quality cheese that is not overly salty. I recommend it to everybody to try if you haven't. You'll get hooked!

We all like the classic cheese pizza. Good balance of sauce flavor and cheese that actually tastes like cheese. We have used as a base and added some of our own toppings when we wanted to be a little creative (e.g. homemade pulled BBQ and pickled onions).

As if Friday night could get any better, we make it a celebration with Home Run Inn pizza. This is my family's favorite way to welcome the weekend. Buttery layers of pastry crust and extra cheese, complimented by hearty sauce, create perfection straight from the comfort of home.

I’ve had a few other oven home baked pizzas, and I really like this one the most by far. The crust is tender yet crunchy, the tomato sauce is delicate yet savory, and it’s overall a great experience. Sometimes I don’t love the texture of the cheese, but I think it’s better than any other pizza still.

Our Home Run Inn experience is very consistent. Always great tasting and always as expected. The crust is somewhat unique. I really like how firm it is in the oven (we put it directly on the rack). I just saw some "recipes" from Home Run Inn. You start with the cheese pizza and add certain toppings. They also mention heating on the outdoor grill. Can't wait to give this a try.
