Very satisfied after one winter season on electric vehicle

Used the X-ICE over winter on Chevy Bolt EUV. Performed really well in wet, icy and snowy conditions. Good handling in high speed, no vibration. I put at least 15,000km on them and there is not noticeable wear at all. Well, I’m driving no more 40 km/h on rumps, trying to avoid sharp turns, excessive acceleration and braking. I drive fast when I go straight. These tires will last you for at least 5-6 seasons times 10-15k even on a heavy electric vehicle.

Great wet handling, quiet, grip on packed snow and ice

Purchased a full set for my 2017 Ram Promaster FWD work van. Put them on in late October as the wet and cold weather hits the Pacific Northwest. They grip well going uphill in wet conditions from a stop (particularly downtown seattle's hills). Stop short on wet roads without the ABS kicking in. They feel a little softer in the sidewalls than my summer tires when cornering or changing lanes, just a bit squishy/slow to react. I increased the air pressure to 40psi to compensate. Handled great in compact and fresh snow/slush, very little spin, even on an incline. Braking is the most impressive feature. Many collisions avoided. Safety is priceless. We will see how many seasons they last (4-5+). There is no weather-related excuse not to get to a jobsite with these tires, but you may be the only one that gets there!

Even better than the X-Ice

I previously had X-Ice tires on my VW Rabbit. They were really good tires but the X-Ice Snow are even better! The X-Ice Snow gripped icy roads a little better than the X-Ice but the snow traction was vastly better. I recommend them whenever anyone talks about winter tires.

X-ice snow SUV

I bought 4 Michelin X-ice snow SUV tires. For the price I paid, I think Michelin could make the tire with a deeper tread than just the 8mm they provide. I find this tire does not have enough bite in deep snow for winter driving. Other winter tires provide a tread depth of 14mm. This allows for a superior bite when driving in deep snow.

Drive Your Mustang in the Winter!

Got some Michelin snow tires for the Mustang ast winter. They were great the following day after the storm, when the roads have been cleared and salted. You have to exercise care and caution if you're going to drive thru a snow storm. It's a Mustang. Light rear end, rear wheel drive only. Lots of donuts for the fun loving crazies out there!

X-Ice winter tires in Toronto

My research showed that Michelin X-Ice were the best winter tires available. I drive a lot and it is important. I was surprised to see that the tread on the X-Ice tires was not so aggressive, as in the old days of "snow tires". The difference is in the rubber and design. Though they look nearly like all season tires they are fantastic in snow and ice and get me through anything that Toronto weather can give.

Best winter tires I have ever own by far.

Bought these brand new for both my car and SUV (Chevrolet Cruze Diesel Manual Hatch 2018 and Lincoln MKX 2.7 2016) in 16" and 20". Super comfortable, low noise and rides like a train on track. No regret. Only Michelin on my cars for both winter and summer. After all, they invented the tire and they still are the best.

Great Tires For Atlantic Canada

The Michelin X-Ice Snow tire performs great on my 2021 Ford Explorer. These tires handle both the slushy and icy roads well and I feel confident driving in most any winter condition here in Nova Scotia. These tires grip well, aren't noisy, and are wearing well.

No issues on RWD cslammed car...

Honestly everyone is complaining these tires suck on there AWD escapes or rav4s or CRVs w/e i have a set (only 2) on the back of my genesis coupe that sits like 1 inch off the ground and it trucks through snow, ice, slush, I think a lot of you need to just learn to drive in the snow.
