This is a wonderful mixture of chopped olives with wonderful seasonings.

Good but very few olives and too much veggies keep me from giving a 5 star.

MADE THE SALAD TASTY

I used to be a real fan of Boscoli olive salad.
this latest jar I just ordered is a terrible disappointment …… it looks like shredded 
scraps they picked up off the floor….. there 
is much less product, and much more oil 
in the jar. Presence of black olives, almost undetectable.
Sad to see this company going down, but

Boscoli olive mix not worth buying anymore

The taste is spot on for olive salad for muffalatas. My only gripe is how chunky the veggies (garlic and carrots) are. I prefer a smaller chop. It's also pretty oily. I scoop some out with a fork (to lessen oil) and chop it up finer. Other than that it is delicious. I add black olives while I'm chopping it up.
