I received compensation for my honest review I love our outdoor dining set. I wanted a set that included chairs that swivel without cushions and would dry fast after the rain and this was perfect. My only complaint is the “wicker” makes it difficult to get fallen leaves off. Other than that I highly recommend!

We had been looking at this set for a couple of weeks and on a trip to Sam's Club we noticed that they were down to the last set at our local club. So we bought it. We got it home and opened the boxes up to assemble and realized there were no instructions or associated hardware for assembly. I called customer support and was given the run around to three different numbers. Once I had the right number things went smooth the hardware arrived three days later but I am still waiting for the instructions.

My wife and I absolutely love this set. These chairs are very comfortable and only time will tell how they hold up to the weather. Assembly was very easy and the packing was the best I've ever seen. Even though the main box with the chairs was beat to hell, all pieces were blemish free. One note on the packing, you're going to have "a lot" of material and cardboard to discard. Unlike other reviewers our table top was perfect. I will note that I had to purchase this set twice. The item was out of stock so I checked every day multiple times a day and when I found it in stock I jumped on it. The problem was that when the item was delivered to my house it was missing box 2 of 3 which is the table top. Sam's was very quick to refund my purchase price "item was still out of stock" and had the transport company pick the delivery back up and return to Sam's. When the item was back in stock I ordered it again, and this time all boxes were included. My wife and I shopped around to find a nice table and chair combo and found some of the most outrageous prices ( we're talking 5K to 10K) and the chairs were horribly uncomfortable. For the price, I don't think you can beat this set.

Very happy with the set- great quality and very comfortable make sure you have a socket set handy- the tools that come with it make it very cumbersome to assemble. We just moved into a new home and were unable to find our set and used the provide tools- could have done much quicker with our tools

We bought this table about four weeks ago after seeing it in store. The table is nice looking and the chairs comfortable. I have even been pleased to see that the cushions do dry out faster than many reviews suggested. (Not perfect but don’t take that long). The assembly wasn’t bad at all with a ratcheting socket wrench. Even still took about 45 minutes. But with their tools alone, it would have taken forever. My largest problem is with the qc (stamped in Chinese). We received a bolt and nut for one of the chairs that were the wrong size to thread each other. I immediately contacted customer service. That was a few hoops to talk to someone who could help me. But when I finally did, they said they would send another one out. 10-14 business days!!! I am now on day 13 and questioning whether I will ever get this bolt but it requires so much effort to get them on the phone, I will wait it out until next week. Truly just amazed it takes so long to send out a simple bolt. Very different from every other company I have contacted for similar issues.

We bought this patio set in March and loved it. It is beautiful and the chairs are super comfy. Unfortunately, two months later we discovered that the veneer on the top is bubbling on the part that gets the most sun. We do live in Phoenix, but it's springtime - no hotter than summer in most other places. This table just can't be in the direct sun. The only options Sam's gave us were to return the whole set for a full refund, or keep it and they'll compensate us $250. We cant replace the table for $250, so the whole thing is going back. Disappointing service, Sam's.

We Needed a new patio set. And this is a great set at a great price. It was delivered and my 15 yr old twins had it set up in no time. It is so comfortable. It even has a lazy Susan in the center I didn’t know it came with. And the fully powder coated frames will last for years, not to mention the durable sunbrella custions
