Ride: 2006 Honda S2000. Based on your recommendation, I purchased and had installed the Primacy tires vs. the Super Sport. I believe both tires would have been a great improvement on the round rocks that came on the car (apparently they are called B"stone" for a good reason), but the local salesman said the Michelin Primacy would be a lot quieter, brake safer, and be more comfortable as well. I had the Super Sport on my Nissan 300ZX and they did ride pretty stiff. I am so glad I listened because these tires handle amazingly, ride great, and are super quiet in comparison. Highly recommend!

Bought and installed 4 in May. Now have a little over 1,000 miles on them. When first installed, I complained that the car rode much more harshly and bumpy and was something the old tires did not do. It's only happening since the Michelin tires were installed. Been back several times for re-balancing. This last time the dealer insists it is the road imperfections I'm feeling because of the hardness of tires sidewalls. Humm? Not with the old tires! Something is not right with at least one of the tires.

People are rating these 1 star because they wear out. I have news for everyone, tires designed to have good grip (I.e. better stopping, better cornering, safer in an emergency maneuver) will wear out faster than a tire with less grip. Take Michelin up on the warranty and get a new set of 100k mile tires that barely grip the road. I’m a performance oriented driver and chose these as replacement for my wife’s BMW X3 for their quiet ride, acceptable grip and all season rating to drive in occasional snow. I will always buy the highest grip tire i can buy for the road co diction’s I drive on. If you never drive on snow or in cold temps, buy summer only tires with more grip than anyone needs and it might just save you from an accident when you need every bit of grip available.

I've always bought Michelin tires when replacing the original tires on my vehicles. In fact, I am replacing the original tires on my auto with Michelin tires because the original tires that came on the vehicle were scalping and causing a very noisy and bumpy ride with only 20,600 miles on them. I've always had extremely good luck with Michelin tires and will continue to purchase as replacement tires.

This represents the third set of Michelins for my 2007 Volvo XC90. The original tires were Michelin Pilots, which were replaced at 47688 miles with Michelin Latitude Tour HP. The Latitude Tour HP, which were just replaced at 95148 miles ( 47460 since installed) with Michelin Primacy MXM4. I had the Primacy MXM4 on my other Volvo and this is what made my decision to put them on my XC90. As far as I am concerned Michelin makes the best tires available. I have had excellent tread wear on all of these tires and they are all "V" rated. Although I cannot rate the new Primacy MXM4 just installed, I can only anticipate the same outstanding results based on the two prior Michelin tires I have experienced on my vehicle. Automobile and driving safety were my first, most emphatic and most enduring lessons prior to being permitted my first license in the early 1940s. Through experience and research since then, I have learned and continue to learn essentials of tire design, manufacture and durability. Michelin is the brand that always tops my lists for these and other desirable traits; and for this reason I always demand Michelin as original equipment in new car purchases, and for replacement; and I have them now on both of the cars in my family. Before replacing a set of tires, I always call the US Michelin distributor to discuss possible new models and features since my previous purchase.

Primacy MXM4’s were factory installed and gave very good service. Very smooth and quiet, not a hint of balance or out-of-round issues (I’ve seen that). But coming from a 2WD minivan with good winter tires to a AWD SUV with new All Season tires in a major snow belt area was scarily disappointing, but nothing a new set of good winter tires couldn’t fix. Winter tires with 2WD is better than AS tires with AWD on snow covered roads with any accumulation, but winter tires & AWD for the win in really bad conditions. Changing tires every winter makes it more trouble than it’s worth to keep track of mileage on each set, but after 260K kms, I’ve used up the original set, a set of Premier LTX’S and about 66% of the winter tires. Not bad at all. Both sets have been very good. Both were very good on wet roads, with the LTX’s staying excellent right until they were down to the wear bars. And the MXM4’s become quite noisy and more slippery close to end of life, but nowhere near as bad as some others I’ve experienced. All in all, the 2 best sets of tires I’ve had. Getting a new set of MXM4’s tomorrow.

Less than 1000 miles on so it's hard to tell how they will wear. Really love the ride the give and secure feeling. I am concerned somewhat about some of the mileage complaints customers had and there where several. Guess time will tell, but if they are anything like the Michelin's I had on my truck years ago, I will be more than happy with my choice. My tires get rotated about every 5000 miles. Which was done on the previous Tiger Paws, but just changed them with 35000 miles on them and highway miles 80%. Tires wore even, I had the alignment checked and corrected before I purchased the Michelin's even though the alignment was not far off.

These tires were standard on my new Model 3. They lasted about 25,000 miles and in snow they were scary. As they wore down noise became unbearable. While driving on a chip seal road I needed to put on my Apple EarPods Pro using the noise cancellation feature. Noise was 75db at highway speeds. On a smooth road at the same speed sound was 64db. Overall the tires were just OK. I am trying out the Primacy tour AS next. Also looks like no dealers honors the mileage warranty. We have 9 vehicle in our family and 5 of them have Michelin tires on them.

I have purchased Michelin Tires for the past forty years. Once or twice I tried other supposedly top rated tires only to be disappointed. They came no way near matching the quality or were able to endure the road conditions like my Michelins. With Gas prices on a constant increase; I have found that I get an average of 3 to 5 more miles per gallon of gas with these premium tires. You could not get to change Brands. Michelins are Fantastic
