This is probably one of, if not the best griddle I have ever owned! It takes a beating on the regular and (knock on wood) it's still as non-stick today as it was the day I bought it and I've cooked many many things on this griddle that should have stuck to the surface but it didn't it comes clean every time and still works like a charm.

I loved that the Everyday Griddle cut my cooking time in. half! Usually it takes me a while to cook 16-20 pancakes, bacon, eggs, but I was able to cook pancakes, turkey bacon, and eggs in about 30-35 minutes. I can see using this griddle more often because of how fast and easy I’m able to get a meal on the table quickly! Plus I’m not using a bunch of pots and pans! It’s a win-win!

I got it at the right time cause we had a big family to come to visit for Easter weekend and I was able to make a lot on this griddle without dirtying a lot of dishes. I love how much you can make on this and how fast it cooks for you.

Strangely, I have lived almost 72 years without owning a griddle. I received the DASH griddle last week and have already employed it 4 times since. I love this griddle. I won't be using an assortment of pans and 2 or 3 stovetop burners to create my meals...just one lovely evenly-heated surface will do everything.

This is by far the easiest and best griddle I have ever bought. Everything cooks evenly no matter the placement of food. The first thing I made was French Toast.. and I couldn't believe how evenly each sliced cooked ! I saw that Dash also makes waffle griddles and that will be my next purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Everyday Griddle from Dash is a versatile addition to my kitchen appliance collection. It looks retro yet modern with its blue body. The temperature control allows for precise adjustments at the twist of a dial. The drip tray for grease is a welcome inclusion, but note its capacity ahead of cooking time to avoid overflow. In my experience, it excelled with hotcakes and most egg cooking methods. I've also enjoyed using it as a cooking surface for peppers and onions. Cleanup is easy, and I recommend threading a thin rag between the case and cookplate when cooled and unplugged for more thorough cleaning. The lack of a lid is a downside, especially when preparing foods that can spatter, and I'm attempting to source one that will be safe to use without damaging the nonstick coating. Still, it's a very useful cooking implement, and it graces my counters several times a week.

Glad that it’s dishwasher safe and easy to use. I wish the gauge for temperature didn’t have an arbitrary 1-5 scale and actually indicated what temp in Fahrenheit for cooking purposes. Not intuitive at all from that perspective, other than that it looks great.
