[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this griddle. It's big enough to cook quite a bit of food on it, but not so big that I can't fit it in my cabinet. It heats up quickly and evenly and it also cleans up quickly. There is no on/off button, so you have to remember to unplug it when finished or it will continue to keep heating. I do wish that the dial to turn the heat up had degrees instead of just numbers 1-4.

Just like the othe Dash products I had purchased, this did not disappoint. What used to take me a long time to whip up breakfast in the morning before the kids go to school, was cut in half! Truly nonstop and cleaning and maintaining the product is very easy. Another great product by Dash. Thanks!!

This is my second time ordering this I'm getting my daughter one it is so wonderful! I have six grandbabies and my griddle has been dropped many times and has not broken I had other ones that ever pay time the kids came over the lake would get broken off! I love my new griddle I don't think I'll ever have to buy another one it's absolutely perfect in the storage is so easy because it is flat without legs!!!

I like it! My husband wanted me to get a new griddle because the one we had did not have the heating element go through the center of the griddle just around the perimeter. the deluxe model of this griddle has the heating element go around the perimeter and in the center. It works great! We like this product a lot and received our new Dash toaster yesterday and it is amazing and tomorrow will receive our new popcorn popper! This company makes very quality products! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my every day griddle almost every day of the week. I absolutely love the shape of this griddle. It’s more rectangle, which allows it to fit perfectly in my cabinet without sticking out even a little bit. It’s not bulky and it’s not heavy, which are two other great perks. it cooks evenly and super easy to clean. You can’t use metal on it but that’s just fine with me because I prefer plastic utensils. You can also use wooden utensils. It comes with a pull out drain bin that’s easy to take out and dump and put back in. This comes in handy when you cook anything greasy. Overall, I am very happy with this and super enthusiastic to cook with it.

I bought this thinking it would be good. Since day one it has burned our food every time. The temp adjuster doesn’t seem to mean anything. Put it on 5 does the same as warm, there is no in between. The grilling surface was scorched after one use to where the “non stick” was just useless. Will not buy again even if you paid me, or even for free!

I am indifferent about this purchase. I chose Dash because I see their products everywhere... I’ve always wanted a griddle and never pulled the trigger on purchasing one and this year for cyber Monday I took the leap! I was SO EXCITED! I had to clean it up before use per the instructions I used a non abrasive sponge and used soap then water to get it off there... I made dinner and it was a big mess to clean up... it was then difficult to get clean using just the sponge I wanted to put it in my sink... but you can’t? I looked up a video where there is a griddle you guys sell that the plate comes off of, I wish I would’ve gotten that one instead of this one that is attached. I’m disappointed that that wasn’t made more clear. I expect brands to make it a point to help customers make the right product decision but stating there’s kinds of things more openly, but I unfortunately learned the hard way. Besides that, it was nice cooking on the product, it was the aftermath/ cleaning that upset me.

I will update my review when I cook on it tonight or tomorrow. Looks quite nice. However I've never seen this sort of power supply and the tip that plugs into the griddle looks somewhat crudely welded off or something. I doubt it will be an issue though.

This is probably one of, if not the best griddle I have ever owned! It takes a beating on the regular and (knock on wood) it's still as non-stick today as it was the day I bought it and I've cooked many many things on this griddle that should have stuck to the surface but it didn't it comes clean every time and still works like a charm.
