This has been my go to for years. I prefer it neat. Very smooth with the decent burn you get from a 101 proof.

This has become my Favorite Bourbon for the money I don't think there is a better one. What I like most about it is it doesn't wash out half way through the drink it keeps its flavor. Wild Turkey 101 is all I use for a Old Fashioned and a Blackberry Old Fashioned. In a blackberry one the high rye flavor goes really well with blackberry I think its the spiciness it adds to the drink. I make my own blackberry syrup for it as I don't like a lot of the stuff you buy in a bottle. I would tell anyone to try this bourbon if you like a higher proof one.

I have always been a. Bourbon man. I bought my first bottle of Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon right after my retirement in 2014. Nothing beats the smoothness, taste, & aroma WT101. Sitting on my balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean with a fine cigar & 3 fingers of WT101 in my hand & I am one happy guy. This particular bottle is a staple. It’s easy to drink, the flavor is impeccable, the finish is vibrant, and it’s also the perfect bottle to sip on if you want to get used to higher proof whiskeys. I do, and will continue to, recommend this bottle to everyone.
