Total junk

You can't get the lid off! Even when you completely empty through the drink hole, the lid will not come unscrewed!!~ I've never seen anything like it. Complete waste of money!

Poor Design

I cannot get the lid off on my own, I usually have to ask my husband. It also doesn’t keep my coffee hot very long. Even when I have time to let hot water sit, it only stays hot maybe 2 hours?
