I like these and they keep my drink hot...but I cannot remove the lid !!! Is there a trick to removing the lid?

They look very nice and will come in handy for road trips! However I have not got a chance to use them yet

Keeps coffee hot and fits perfectly in car cup holder. But waste of money because the lids are extremely difficult to remove.

These mugs are great. I really like the top mouth piece. The mugs keep my coffee hot for 3 hours. I would purchase them again.

The tumbler works very well at keeping our coffee and tea hot for hours. They fit well in the car cupholder. The top closes completely unlike many others. We just love them.

I love this cup… This is the first tumbler that is sturdy and no spills. You can turn it upside down and there is no leaks. A well made tumbler better than the expensive ones.

Since I am a "Quality Over Quantity" kinda person, this mug ticks every checkbox in that area!!! I like my coffee strong (Quality) instead of Quantity (Lots of coffee!!!). Fits under my Keurig which allows me to choose the "12oz" & "STRONG" settings. This leaves me just enough space at the top of the cup--2oz approximately to add a flavored creamer. Screw the lid on, make sure the sip hole is closed and shake several times to mix the creamer. So 14oz of flavored coffee that is easy to carry and fits in my vehicle cupholder without getting in the way of my phone which is in the cupholder right in front of the coffee mug--PRICELESS!!! Easy to clean, I place on top rack of dishwasher where the spinning armature can spray up inside. Lid is also placed on the top rack with the valve in the open position facing downwards. The only time I've not had a clean coffee cup is when I placed it in the front or rear top corners of the rack where the armature could not spray up inside. THANKS ELLO FOR A GREAT DESIGN!!!😁👍🏻
