Black Sapphire Ring

A nice ring but I ordered a few sizes too big.

They keep sending me the wrong size!  Looks like a great ring but completely unusable as a size 4.

Not as shown. The middle stone was more like less than 3 carat and not the advertised 5 carat. Purchase was not 100% refunded either, even though I returned it at the store in 3 days. Clerk said there is usually a charge for "something" when returned at a store but could not  say/explain what it was. Return options online said either bring it to the store or request return information to return by mail for refund. Didn't say partial refund or that there would be a charge for "something' when returned at a store.
