These are great they save a ton of space and money verses buy standard dumbells. Easy to use. There are only a couple minor problems i have with them and that is, if your using them in a faster pased cardio type work out where you change weight and exersise there hard the change quickly to move on to next exercise. And secondly there kinda bulky and awkward you expect them to be with max weight but when dealing with 20 or 30 lbs i wish they didnt. Over all they are the best way to go.

I am really enjoying this product. It's very convenient and it's so easy to switch the amount of weight you need as you're working out which is what I enjoy the most. I hardly waste any time trying to switch the amount of weight I need. Another bonus is the fact that they don't use a lot of space. The only thing I don't like is that for some exercises they are a bit uncomfortable because they are a bit long.

Bought these after seeing them at other stores for nearly twice as much. Smooth transition between weight, husband loves them and I love that there is one set of dumbells in nicely made stands sitting in my living room vs. The 10 sets that were there before. Easy for him to do "body beast" workouts without a disaster in my house. Only had a week, but so far they're all I expected and more

I have had these for only about two weeks now and can't attest to their durability but think these are a great investment for those who enjoy "modest" work-outs using dumbbells, that want to gradually increase their strength level and don't have the space or money for a complete steel dumbbell set. I have quite a few pieces of exercise equipment (fitness gym, bench, free weights including a 20, 25, and 30 lb dumbbell set) and assuming these last would pick these as the one piece of equipment I would keep if forced to size down my personal gym. There are so many exercises that can be done with dumbbells to keep in shape. I would say these are not for the hard-core weightlifter that likes to push it to where they point they need to drop the weights on their work-out mat after a hard set of reps. Not sure yet what kind of beating they can withstand, but plan to handle them very carefully and hope to never find out.

Great value. Well made. The only concern I might mention is that they are rather long. Some people might find that the dumbbells touch their thigh when doing seated curls, standing lateral raises, etc... But this is a minor issue . Otherwise they are fantastic.

We were happy to snap these up when stock became available. Very easy to use, great quality. Nice range of weights for my husband and I. I especially appreciate the smaller weights increments at the lower range as I can only handle light weights while my husband can do his one rep max heavy set as well.

I bought these dumbbells because it was a challenge switching out weights during super sets and drop sets. They have worked great so far. The numbers on the dials are easy to read and use. The weights feel stable and the construction solid. A side bonus, I'm not constantly positioning and cleaning up weights before and after sets. The only thing that I don't like about these dumbbells is the rubber on the handles. They can feel a bit slippery if you don't keep your hands dry. My only regret is not spending the money to buy the heavier 90 lb dumbbells.

This is a very nice set of weights with a nice progression from light to slightly heavy, for the average user interested in fitness they are nearly everything you would need, I wouldn't think a serious bodybuilder would use them but with proper use an care I can see them lasting for a very long time. I like them well enough that I have purchased them twice, I sold my first set years ago for what I gave to upgrade to more weight but I regretted getting rid of them, they are a pleasure to work with and offer such an ease of use.

This dumbell set is great, it saves me so much time from taking and putting weights off and on my old dumbell set. Great for isolation exercises, especially on supersets or giant sets. Saves a lot of space; I work out in one side of my basement and space is an issue. I have had these for a few weeks now, but I am already finding myself switching out barbell work whenever I can because of how easy it is use the Select Tech dumbbells. The price is perfect as I have seen these go for up to $500! Probably the perfect weight set for beginners or intermediate lifters.

I priced out getting a complete set of dumbbells from 5-50 lbs and it was well north of $500 for the set and then you had to buy the rack would have taken up quite a bit of real estate. With the Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells you get 5-52.5 all in one for a fraction of the price, and because of their compact size they are easily storable when they are not in use! The grips are great as well, they don't hurt your hands after hours of use like some regular dumbbells do. Overall a great product and I am very pleased with my purchase!
