- 5 out of 5 stars review11/24/2014Such an incredible item! Performing my resistance training at home used to be such a hassle. Either it would take so long to change the weight plates on my dumbells, or I would stick with the same weight for all my exercises, neither of which allowed me the most efficient workout. These weights are simply incredible! Just a simple turn of the dial allows me to quickly go up or down in weight. This is easily the best investment you will make for your home gym!
I look forward to my resistance training now

Don't bother with 10 different sets of hex dumbbells get these and you got it all. Would recommend these to any one who wants dumbbells in various sizes. I have a bowflex blaze and now these and I can cover a lot of exercises. Great for the home GYM.

- 5 out of 5 stars review1/17/2019it's really great. i'm sure there's a knock off brand that is cheaper, but it's still a way better deal than buying all the weights and a rack and it's takes up less space. The little ding when you adjust weight is super satisfying. The feel of the weights is good. They are much wider when doing smaller weight than a smaller dumb bell would be. I'm super happy.
