I was truly astonished at how well these work, and I definitely prefer using these over using my gym's free weight set. I really appreciate the fact that I can dial in mid-weight increases when stepping my workout to a higher level. One knob at 35 and one at 40 provides a nice halfway transition instead of the 5 lb jump I might not be quite ready to make. The only downside I've found is that this was a starter set for me. It's only been a couple of months, but I'm already maxing out on the 52.5 lbs. I'll be selling these off soon to buy the 1090's.

JUHLOriginally posted onwalmart.com - 5 out of 5 stars review1/5/2016they work great up to 52.5lbs they saw not to drop them which i get but ive tossed them from doing bench press and they can handle it i bough hexagon 65lbs to toss when lifting not sure if the 1090 selecttech can handle being thrown more but great deal compared to bowflex.com they only get down to 350 and try to throw in the rack which you dont need at all
cheaper than bowflex.com 330 with tax

Changing from one wait to the next is very simple. They do however take some getting used to because of their shape and size but great for a family who tries to work out together and doesn't want to use up much space in their house :)
