While the grapefruit is somewhat sweet, getting to the fruit is a challenge. Be aware that the skins are very thick and that's what you're paying for. Note the small text over the grapefruit in the top left of the bag--"great for juicing, baking or grilling." This is not easily read on the website image. On a positive note, if you want to make candied grapefruit rinds these are a perfect choice..

Good produce, but would be better if Sam’s Club offered organic options.

These gave been a life saver for me lately. I can always peel a grapefruit and eat it. They've been sweet and juicy.

I’ve never had the most amazing grapefruit ever! These thangs’ are so good! Juice and sweet! I eat three or four of them for breakfast and I’m satisfied.

Recently, prices per grapefruit has gone up at most stores. The price for a bag of typically 7 to 10 is set at a good price. There's usually bags with about 7 huge grapefruits, and/or bags with 10 or 11 regular sized grapefruits. They're typically great quality, and for a good price!

I bought a bag of these today (4/28/2024). This bag is horrible. The best way I can describe the inside is that they look like a wet version of the overcooked turkey in the Christmas Vacation movie. I bought 4 or 5 bags in the past couple of months and every grapefruit before today was fine. This bag is absolutely disgusting!!!

I'm big fan this Grapefruit. Normally there good and great. But this past purchase not long ago. I had 3 bad grapefruit that were not good and to throw away. My question is what's happening now that your getting bad grapefruit in. If you could answer this..

I purchase this often. I peel the rind, cut up the fruit, discarding the seeds, and blend the chunks with some ice in a bullet blender. Depending on the particular harvest, I might add one measured teaspoon of sugar. These make such an incredible refreshing drink, and even in the middle of winter we drink it ice cold, poured into a quart canning jar with a straw.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I suggest you look at your product before you describe it. This is the second year you have manipulated me into buying this grapefruit because I LOVE Texas red grapefruit. Sadly, your grapefruit is from CALIFORNIA. For all we know, it doesn't even fly over Texas getting to Minnesota. I will keep them because it's too much trouble to return them, but they're not nearly as good as a REAL Texas red grapefruit. Buyer beware!!!
