Recently bought a set of Pilot Super Sports for my 07 Porsche 911 Turbo. Great handling, quiet ride, low noise and wearing vey well. Exceeded my expectations in all ways. Now I understand what all the buzz is about. If you own a high performance car, these tires will transform your car. It was a great choice, very happy!

I previously went through a set of Pilot Sport PS2's on my 2001 BMW 330ci convertible. Those were great tires that were quiet and cornered hard without squeal, but only lasted about 2 years and about 25,000 miles. The new Pilot Super Sports which I put on this past November were as quiet as the PS2's and even slightly better on cornering. With the longer rated tread life at about the same price as the Ps2's they are good evolution of the model. It's not a cheap tire, but it's definitely superior to any other I've had on this car.

Just put a set of these on my 350z Roadster and the grip is amazing. It's been raining here for days and the conversion from the old tires has happened during the rains. This has been a great opportunity to compare the old tires to the new and the difference is night and day. I accelerated aggressively from stop into a 90 degree right hand turn and not a hint spin from the rears. In the past I would get a little sideways before the traction control would kick in. Not today! Just acceleration without spin. Stop is just as amazing. I whole heartedly recommend these tires to sports cars enthusiasts.

I've got these on a 2003 BMW 330i, which previously had a set of Pilot Sport 2's that lasted for 22,000 miles. I have about 13,000 miles on the PSS and the tread seems to be wearing well - still has 8/32 depth minimum left. I drive in a spirited manner but never on a track. Pros: Awesome grip in the dry and wet. Pretty quiet for a high performance summer tire. Responsive, but not to the point of feeling darty. Cons: A little pricier than the average high performance summer tire. Could maybe be a little quieter and absorb bumps better - but hey, it's a high performance tire, not a touring tire. Overall, an excellent choice for those who enjoy driving.

I now have 10k miles on these tires, which I cannot rotate due to different size front/rear, and they still have a lot of tread remaining. I am expecting 20-25k out of these tires. Granted, I don't drive my car that hard (Lexus IS350C). These tires are like glue for your car. They can take interstate off ramps at speeds that make me feel uneasy with no slipping or squealing. They stay plastered to the road in heavy thrunderstorms and I have yet to hydroplane. The other reviews are true...If you are looking for a performance tire, this is it. I will definitely replace these with another set when the time comes.

It was time to start searching for tires for my BMW 550i. In fact, not only is it a better performing tire in every aspect, it gets 10% better mileage on the road and 50% better mileage on the track! 100% satisfied with my purchase and Michelin has gained a customer for life!

My Mercedes roadster is now equipped with Pilot Super Sports. These performance tires are smooth, quiet, and confident, both around town and on the highway. Pilot Super Sprots were an excellent replacement choice for the original equipment tires. Road noise is diminished, handling and overall ride comfort are greatly improved. The tires are also very attractive and compliment the good looks of my car. They are an excellent value.....I couldn't be more satisfied!

Absolutely hands down, THE BEST tire I have ever used. Instantly transformed the feel of a fully refreshed suspension my e36 M3. As an occasional track car/garage queen, I have had the opportunity to try different brands. Not only has the general ride quality improved over other tires I have tried, but the handling is a dramatic change. Other high performance tires I have tried simply lack the cornering stability of these tires around a tack and in daily driving. That sticky feel in the summer is fantastic. I have a higher degree of confidence in cornering and braking. These tires compliment this cars handling and push it to the limit.

I replaced the factory run-flats on my BMW 135i convertible with the Michelin Pilot Super Sports. This tire kept coming up in all the BMW forums. Boy, were they right! Before, I called the car the Flintstone mobile because it rode like it was on rocks. The Super Sports made it a totally different car. Rides MUCH better. I also autoX and do track days, and the Super Sport has proven to be a very competitive modern grippy tire. I recommend it highly.

I bought the Pilot Super Sports as the 3rd set of tires for my heavily modified BMW 335i. These tires took my car to a whole different level of performance. Their grip on the dry land and especially on the wet roads are remarkable. My wife was a little skeptical about the additional price, but as soon as I took her out in my car and showed her how dependable and SAFE they are, she literally said to me, "I don't ever want you to buy another tire". The grip and performance are truly top notch and why every supercar and hypercar maker puts Michelins on their cars. These are the pinnacles, the best, second to none.
