I have the Pilot Super Sports on a 5 series BMW with sport suspension and 18" rims. They are fabulous. The car handles like it is on rails. The great added news is the SS tires are great in the rain as well. I have been running Michelin tires for years on all of my vehicles and even though they may initially cost a little more, they are well worth the money!

A great ride. Soft, quiet, gooey, different than what I had. It's a 08-Z06, so it's hard core. This seems to be what I needed all along since I am an old guy looking for the best ride. I use the car as a grand sport and we travel all over the US. The best is; day two with the new tires and I run over a screw, the screw penetrates the rib on the tire tread and does not get by the casing/inner liner. The windows are down and I hear it! CLICK CLICK CLICK and I stop. I see the screw. Pull it out. AND LIFE IS GOOD!!!!

I have had the Michelin Super Sport tires on my Corvette C6 Z06 for 12,000 miles in 18 inch and 19 inch sizes. I'm very pleased with the tires cornering improvement, better tire grip, low road noise, greater high speed stability, excellent tire wear and overall quality. I drive my Z06 on long road trips and aggressive mountain drives. The Michelin PSS tires perform flawlessly. I would definitely buy these tires for my Corvette or my other cars in the future. The Pilot Super Sports are great tires. The handling and breaking with them has been great. I actually felt an improvement with my car going to them over the stock PS2s that came on it. They're also quieter which is nice. I'd rather listen to my engine note than the road. :) My only complaint on them is wear. I'm burning through my rear tires fairly quickly with normal use, no track use. I'm on my 3rd set of rears now with the first 2 sets only getting about 9k miles each. The front tires are still going strong though with about 18k on them. When I just replaced the rears they still had 60% tread. Don't let that scare you off though. They're well worth it if you have a high performance car. The performance, ride, and road noise with them is worth the possible shorter life on the rears and you can probably get better life by rotating. I run staggered, so I can't rotate. I highly recommend them.

Michelin is by far THE best tires for a Mercedes C300. I couldn't wait to make a purchase to replace the subpar tires I had from the used car dealership. My Pilot Super Sports feel like riding on a cloud or walking in a pair of Cole Haan shoes. Nothing but the BEST! You can't go wrong with Michelin.

I drive a 2007 Corvette Z06 , 600 HP at rear wheels . Michelin Super Sport tires keep me on the streets . I live in Florida , rain and hot weather . I drive hard . These tires handle great in the turns , very good braking , good tire wear after 13,000 miles . I will buy Michelin Tires for all my cars . Thanks Michelin , Good job!

I purchased a set of four about 45,000 miles ago, and have had only two flats during that time. The treads are ok, but I have a crack all the way around the outer edge. Is this very unusual? It did not happen with my original equipment tires used 7.5 years. I have used this set about 7.5 years, also. THX/"CHUCK"

First foray into Michelin car tires was on a 2001 Volvo I purchased in late 2000, I think they were MXV all season sport radials. On a trip home from family on I-95 North, I was behind a large truck that concealed a giant car-swallowing pothole, there was NO TIME to react all I could do was tighten the grip on the steering wheel and pray. I was sure we were going to crash from the impeding puncture. The impact was so horrendous my teeth gnashed against each other. Amazingly, the car kept going straight, no flat. When I managed to pull off the highway I could see the left from rim had a 3 inch crack in it. But the Michelin tires DID NOT BLOW OUT. What price can you put on saving your entire family? Michelin, (to borrow Volvo's slogan) "FOR LIFE!" Fast Forward to 2011 and acquisition of an '06 E55, a monster of a car. One set of Pilot Super Sports and here goes. My Michelin Pilot Super Sports have not let me down in the several months I have owned them. I am a very aggressive north east driver with a very stout '06 E55 AMG beneath me. This car can rip mortal tires to shreds under acceleration and braking. I have yet to under-brake going into a bend, come out of a hard accelerating corner sideway and in fast sweepers the heavy (4400 lbs) car does not wander, waver of drift off line. Truly a remarkable piece of technology. I literally trust my life to my Michelins. ** [I dont condone speeding to anyone, a hi-perf car doesnt give you skills to stay safe, not even 21 years of racing will, but the latter does help with instant decision making.]

I have used other tires on two or three occasions with regret in the past 25 years. Michelin tires are the best. There is no substitute. I am very particular with my cars and tires. Any car with Michelin tires is a better car. Especially the summer tires. They grip on any surface: dry, wet, snow, even ice. Yes, even ice. They are quiet, comfort and handling are amazing. PS I never write reviews. I made an exception to help anyone with less tire buying experience. I did not give excellent on wear-life or fuel efficiency because I have performance tires and drive aggressively. Not the tires fault. They perform as designed.

These tires have been smooth riding as most of the traveling is on California Freeways and about town. Never any issues with going out of balance or any other similar problems. Wear is excellent, and peace of mind riding on Michelins is a dominant factor in choosing tires for the Lexus.
