We didnt get any directions. Im glad it was mostly put together. Its a pretty decent gift for the price point.

We received this missing the handlebars and the keys. Contacted Sam’s immediately after opening it a few days ago and have not gotten any response.

It never worked, I assembled and reassembled still same thing. Charged for several hours still didn't work. My son couldn't use it

We ordered this for our daughter as a Christmas gift and when we opened the box all the parts where not there ! It was very disappointing!!!!!

It is a nice product. I ordered it online and the box that is comes in has a colorful picture of the item on one whole side of it. This item was purchased as a gift for my son, and he was home when it arrived.

Received the bike today. No instructions on assembly or riding manual anywhere. Will have to take back to store and get another one and hope it is in that box. Very disappointed.
