Ordered for my daughter. Waited till Christmas Eve to put it together for Christmas Day. Missing parts. Handle bars and keys and a wire that is sticking out under bike which I can assume should be at attached to something. No parts available of course.

Had this for about a month and the acceleration pedal is already broken. This is not durable at all and a complete waste of money. Not sure how to get a replacement part because its made from a Chinese company with no customer support number or email to get in contact with them.

I bought this bike for my granddaughter on November 6. She has 2 grandmothers and a great grandmother- all of whom would be giving her gifts. I wanted her to ride it before Christmas. So the Saturday before Christmas the bike was given to her. Her father assembled it and we charged it for 24 hours. She loved it. We got it to start but we couldn’t get it to move. Luckily she didn’t mind getting the Jetson Aura which arrived today - 3 days after Christmas. We will assemble it tomorrow and see if that one works.

I ordered this product as a Christmas present for my grandson. Just opened the box to assemble it and get it charged. It is missing the left and right foot plates. Sam's Club does not have any in stock. Disappointed and waiting on a response from the company.

Bought this for my son and it worked one time. Charged it and never worked again! Horrible waste of money. Called Sam’s club and they said to call the Chinese company which was a waste of time. No response to repeated phone calls and emails. DO NOT BUY
