1942 is really smooth, it doesn’t leave a burning feeling after taking a shot. It also mixes really well with juice. It has a more settle taste than other tequilas.

I’m not a tequila fan...at all. But this one is an exception. It’s so smooth and sweet compared to the other tequilas I’ve had. I wouldn’t mind having this again.

Solid consistent flavor for a tequila that is a good to time after time. Over the years many tequilas have been bought out and the quality lessened and the price goes up, but with Don Julio the quality has not changed.

It’s absolutely phenomenal as a sipping tequila. That said, it’s definitely a special occasion tequila, It’s great and please ….. no salt or lime allowed….. it doesn’t need it!!!

1942 is usually out of my price range, but on special occasions I buy a bottle and pretend Im a rap star. Its smooth, delicate and drinks like a dream. If I could afford it Id drink it all day every day. Dont call me an alcoholic

I mean. This is the upper echelon when it comes to tequilas. This is not for sharing with those that partake in mixing tequila. This is purely for sipping on the rocks. Slowly. Enjoying.

So smooth! Don’t get me wrong it’s still alcohol but it’s so much more Tolerable than other tequilas! It is a but expensive but worth the splurge ! Would recommend for a celebration or as a gift ! Cheers!

This tequila is the best quality of all the types. You can either drink it straight on the rocks or with a chaser. This bottle usually goes fast. Definitely recommend to better sip it than shots

This is probably the diamond of all tequilas! You can sip it as is or add an ice cube, it has such an incredible taste. Mixing it with anything is a sin! A must try!

I'm not a tequila fan, so this rating is not fair. I tried this because it's really popular and I wasn't impressed. It was strong as in burned my throat and the smell was stinky.
