Currenty these tires have about 20,000 miles including 3 round trips from Pa. to Fl. They are installed on a Ford F250 Diesel Pick up that I haul a 2000 lb. slide-in camper and tow a 7000 lb GVW Car trailer with. The majority of the miles are high speed and heavily loaded so I am not too suprised they are wearing a little faster than expected. The sidewalls are a little softer than the BFG A/Ts I had and I get a little more sway than before. These tire seen to hold a good balance and are wearing flat and even. I don't seem to get mutch road noise but I guess it's tough to hear much above the noise of the diesel. I like them enough to have just put a set on my conversion van.

Hands down this tire out performs every tire in its class.After 35,000 miles the tire show little to know wear at all.I would rate the tires a #1.MUD , SNOW AND RAIN this is the best tire .I have these on a 2009 dodge 4wd and a 2005dodge slt 2wd.I will always use ltx a/t2 tires

The tire is wearing prematurely on a 2020 GMC 3500HD/diesel crew cab long box with only 11,700km on the odometer. The new spare has 13/32” tread depth, while the RR 8/32”, LR 7/32”, RF 9.6/32”, LF 9.3/32”. The rears are worn nearly 50% already. There is about 1,500km of towing on pavement on the tires, the rest is all pavement; with about 300km of off-roading. I anticipate complete replacement at 20,000km~25,000km; therefore this is not a 100,000km tire. The tread depth new of 13/32” is also less than the website specs of 14.5/32”. The tire is quiet, rides nice, handles well, but won’t last.

Since Oct 12 (3 months now), I've run these things in heavy rain on highways, slick (and rather deep) mud on river boat 'launch' areas, and in heavy snow in the mountains (where I live) with no major slippage issues. Great control and smooth, quiet ride. Very pleased.

I just returned from two weeks in the "outback" of Humboldt county California. I drove my Sequoia 4X4 without reservations on roads only sheep and cattle would go. On the return trip home, I then drove at freeway speeds without any issues what so ever. This Michelin has proven to be one of the best tires I've ever had on a vehicle, for both off road comfort and safety, and freeway endurance. Highly recommended, especially for the price. I mounted a set of these after finally reaching the end of service life (tread wear) on a set of LTX A/Ts. I must say that I don't like these A/T2s quite as much as their predecessor. It seems to me that tire maintenance is more critical with the A/T2; shorter alignment/balance interval keeps tread wear in check. The tread pattern seems to be a little less aggressive as "self-cleaning/clearing" off road is a bit more difficult. I have owned a few different brands of A/Ts for my '97 Dodge Ram 2500. I without hesitation recommend the LTX AT2 for any light truck application. I tow a 12,000 lb 5th wheel with regularity and the 8-ply construction of these tires are outstanding! With or without that trailer, I have 80,000 miles on my current set of A/T2s running in dry and wet pavement, snow, slush, off-road on some seriously nasty trails..... this is a very dependable tire that resists hydroplaning, provides a smooth, quiet ride and are now the only brand and model of tire I'll use on my truck. I honestly think that the LTX A/T2 may be the finest all terrain light truck tire manufactured today.

I replaced the previous set of LTX A/T 2 tires on my 2002 GMC Denali XL with another set of LTX A/T 2 tires after 71,000 miles and seven and one half years of service. The previous set were great tires that exceeded my expectations, were used in all seasons and all weather conditions without a single issue, and still had safe tread depth up to the time of replacement. I drove mostly highway, but often used unpaved roads, and occasionally off road. I choose to replace the previous set due to age rather than any other issue. I can recommend the Michelin LTX A/T 2 for any SUV or light truck that this tire is designed for.

My Ford F-250 diesel Super Duty came with these tires from the factory and after about 32k miles I am needing to replace them because of not having much tread left on them. The handling of these tires was very good for a heavy pickup on highway and city. The most offroad these tires saw was a little bit of grass pulling a car trailer, where the tires slipped if the grass was wet. The tires do great in the snow with the proper ballast in the bed of the truck and did very well with light plowing when new. The tires are quiet compared to every other AT tire I have had on other vehicles. I would not recommend these tires.

Tires will not come close to 60,000 miles more like 45 to 47,000 miles. Because we have a dual rear wheel they are not rotated as often as recommended but to only last 75% of the warranty is probably below average. Wondering is there are different specs for tires put on new vehicles vs. buying retail as a customer.

These are the first Michelin tires I have owned. I deliver mail on a rural route and these tires are on my 2011 Jeep Wrangler RHD, I put on 130 miles a day, 110 alone on the mail route. I travel mostly gravel roads with some paved. The ride is great, being a 10 ply they are not rough and I have been impressed with the traction on snow and ice as I start and stop 328 times a day at mailboxes. I will buy these again!
