Best Tires I have had on this truck

I have a 2008 F350 Crew Cab 4X4 and have had 2 other tire brands on this truck so far. I had the Michelins installed in March and immediately noticed that they are the quietest and smoothest riding tires that I have ever had. I have put over 10K miles on them since installation and have not had an issue with them at all. I had them rotated this week annd still have 14/32 tread on them. I have driven in mud, dirt roads, wet and dry road conditions and love these tires.

Peace at last

The original equipment "at" tires finally wore out on my light pick-up . My new ltx at2's are much quieter, much smoother, and provide much greater traction on our snowy roads. This is my third set of Michelin tires I have purchased for my vehicles, and plan on buying my fourth set for my wife's car soon.

Great Tire

Bought the LTX/AT2 over two months ago. They replaced Goodyear Wrangles that was original equipment. Outstanding tire. Especially in the rain. The Goodyear was terrible when the roads were wet. Once again Michelin delivers. Thanks for making a quality product.

First class tire Another Homerun by Mich

This tire is another fantastic tire from Michelin. I installed them on my Isuzu Ascender and with 25,000 miles they still look and perform like brand new. They are excellent in both wet weather and snow. I don't typically go off roading so I can't attest to their off road abilities, but they are the best tire for the money for my use. While certainly not the cheapest alternative, they more then pay for themselves with their longevity. I have previously had the original AT tires and got in excess of 75,000 miles and they still passed state inspection.

Great

Placed LTX AT2 on my 2006 Durango in august of 2007 to replace OEM tires. Tires where expensive at that time, but I wanted a good tire. What I gone was one of the best tires I have ever used. Finally replaced those tire after 88,000 miles. Never let me down in the snow or ice and used off road around the farm. Replaced with LTX M/S wished I had replaced with the LTX AT2 again. LTX M/S aren't bad but there not the same as the AT2.

Get you some!

The new Michelin LTX A/T2 tires were installed on my 2011 4x4 Tundra a few months back, and I have to say these tires perform very, very well when I am off-road in the mud as well as being a great highway tire. I feel very confident on the highway with very wet roads. And, after 10k miles or so, there seems to be very little tire wear. Love them!

Why buy anything but Michelin

Ever since I was an aspiring driver at 15 years of age I remember when my dad just put his first set of Michelins on his pickup truck. The treads were great and the raised white letters looked great against the sidewall. Through the last 30 years, I too have taken pride in putting Michelin tires on my cars and trucks because they not only look good, but give a smooth, quiet and comfortable ride. The tires I have had from Michelin have always held up to on and off road conditions and have lasted 60k to 80k miles for each set I have had. When given the choice between a slightly less expensive brand and Michelins, I always choose the Michelins as they have proven themselves to be the best in choice of tires.

Michelin LTX A/T2

Purchased '06 GMC Sierra 2500HD 4wd Crew Cab 8-2014; previous owner had these tires installed 2-2013 @ 45,000 miles. Now, at 71,000 miles tires are cracking where tread meets sidewall; just above bead of rim @sidewall; and have cracks(some with small bulges) on sidewall. Truck has been mainly garaged; tires have been regularly wsahed/dressed with UV protectant, and air pressure regularly checked. Used for towing 8,000 lb travel trailer about 1,000 miles per year. So, after 38 months/26,000 miles; these tires are needing replacement, and I will definitely NOT put another set of these back on. 'Burn me once, shame on you'.

Not a snow tire

These tires came OEM on my Ford F-250. Have over 9,000 miles on them. They are wearing very well. No perceptible road noise, and handle/ride well. Gravel road performance is as good as could be hoped. However, I live in Montana and it snows. Performance in the snow is not where I'd like it. Michelin says "acceptable traction in regions with light winter weather." I'd say that is exactly true. But, in regions with heavy winter weather the traction is not the best. My neighbor made the same observation. He has a different set for winter and runs these in the late Spring through early Fall.
