I run these tires in every type of terrain. From a 90 mile round trip commute to work, to field, and mud. Our winters see deep snow and ice and with my jeep's 4wd never had any issues. My needs were a tire that wouldn't my rob me of ride quality but were aggressive to get through every type of terrain.

Purchased the set for my 1994 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4. Awesome Tires! They are a little noisy, but it does not bother me. I recommended them to my father for his 2006 GMC Sierra 3/4 ton and he like them so much he purchased a set! I will continue to recommend to everyone I can!

Great Highway Tire, Decent Off-Pavement

We replaced the stock tires on our 2017 Ram 2500 4x4 Diesel with a set of these at about 38k miles. The Transforces were nearly bald. We started a year long journey travel nursing. We pulled a 9k lb bumper pull camper & had the camper shell & truck loaded full every time we moved. Overall, we pulled the camper about 10k miles, cross country. The tires performed well enough to get the camper into slick spots in the Redwood forests. We pulled the camper through some snow over the Rockies into Montana. While not moving campsites, we did plenty of road trips, ended up in sand & snow, & put a lot of dirt road miles on them. While not a true off-road tire, driven carefully, we got in & out of lots of places that really should have had a more capable vehicle. We are nearing the end of their life with 94k miles on the truck. They should hold true to their 60k mile warranty, plus 5k or so more. I always recommend these for highway/commuter trucks. They've been wearing good, rotating & balancing about every 15k miles. People are impressed when I tell them we are close to 60k miles on them with such a heavy truck. I only wish that Michelin made a commercial, true all-terrain. Being back home, the truck will spend more time in the fields & woods, while seeing a bit of commuting & towing. I need something a bit more aggressive. That being said, I chose the right tire for the job & we are happy.

Application based on a ...

Application based on a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited: Absolutely beautiful tires any one gal, guy, or family will be made to feel confident on. These LTX AT2 tires look professional, politely filling in the wheel wells and the clean OWL embossed really sets these tires off! Performs on wet pavement like a champ (even in a turn without breaking traction is a definite plus). Handles snow with considerable bite all within a very, very good margin of safety. I ventured cross country to the Yellow Stone National Park territory and put these tires to the test: Highway, off roads, even make your own roads. No issues. So stop with the nonsense. Turn the computer off. No more website searching for tires. You know you want the Michelin. Why? It happens to everyone - it happened to me.

Tires have caused vibration since day 1

I had these tires installed to replace the OEMs on my 2020 Sierra 2500. There was no problem when I dropped the truck off, but as soon as I got these tires installed I started to get a vibration in my steering wheel that gets very noticable starting at 55mph. I don't drive the truck often, but is been a full year, 10k miles and a tire rotation and the problem persists.

Why buy anything but Michelin

Ever since I was an aspiring driver at 15 years of age I remember when my dad just put his first set of Michelins on his pickup truck. The treads were great and the raised white letters looked great against the sidewall. Through the last 30 years, I too have taken pride in putting Michelin tires on my cars and trucks because they not only look good, but give a smooth, quiet and comfortable ride. The tires I have had from Michelin have always held up to on and off road conditions and have lasted 60k to 80k miles for each set I have had. When given the choice between a slightly less expensive brand and Michelins, I always choose the Michelins as they have proven themselves to be the best in choice of tires.

Still the best quality tires.

I owned and operated a construction company for more than 30 years. We typically had 3-10 light trucks on the road. They were often fully loaded to max GVW and or pulling trailers. Once the OEM tires were worn out (or blowout) we would replace them with Michelins. I tried most of the major brands and had numerous failures such as tread separation, ply separation and blowouts. We experienced very few failures with Michelins. I just replaced a set of Michelins on a 2006 Chevy 3500 pickup that I drive. I got more than 50,000 miles of service from the LTXs and replaced with the same tire. I have only had one bad experience with rapid wear and I think it was vehicle related, not the tire. We also had several off-road heavy equipment eathmoving applications. Some of the equipment had other brands of tires and occasional problems, but the ones with Michilens never had any issues. They cost a bit more than "brand x" but they are worth it.

Long...Long...Lasting Treadlife

These LTX A/T2 LT275/70R18 tires have been on my F250 Ford truck since October 2016 and I now have 94,000 miles on them (5/32") and could get to 100,000 miles if I pushed it. But since I have a truck camper (1500 lbs) on the truck sometimes and I sometimes pull an enclosed car trailer (5500 lbs) I am going to put the exact same type on my truck. The best tires I have ever had.

Really Great Tire.

This is a really great tire. I live in OH so I wanted something that could go into beast mode when it snowed and I got these tires literally a week or two before a big snow storm and they performed incredibly well. I was super impressed. They are a little noisy on the highway during normal driving conditions, but nothing too bothersome. Overall, a great tire!

Never Again AT2

The LTX/AT2's were purchased less than 3 years ago for my 2008 Z71 and now have approx 48000 miles use. This is a regular cab SWB truck hauling very light load and only towing a boat occasionally. The tires have been rotated regularly and have seen mostly paved highway useage. They are almost totally WORN OUT, rough riding and and have not been a desireable choice. I have owned many sets of Michelin over the years and this is the worst set I have ever owned. I have owned Michelin tires almost exclusively for 20 years but the LTX/AT2 is an inferior tire. NOTE I got over 90000 miles each from 2 sets of LTX/AT's on a similar 1994 Z71 but the LTZ/AT2 is much lower quality.
